We stayed a week in this house, very kind and helpful owners, the house is practically new, very quiet location and still close to Rio Marina, I definitely recommend it for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday.
Siamo stati una settimana in questa casa, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è praticamente nuova, posizione molto tranquilla e comunque vicina a Rio Marina, la raccomando sicuramente per chi vuole vivere una vacanza in relax.
The owner is very present and available and ready to solve any possible problem. The apartment corresponded to what was described in the advertisement. We were very satisfied.

We found ourselves very well, the apartment is well organized and functional, equipped with air conditioning and all comforts. The sea is a stone's throw away and also the center with shops. Definitely to be recommended.

All positive very nice house and impeccable cleanliness ... the wonderful cool place in the middle of the hill but also a 10-minute drive from the beach. Signora Isolina and her very kind daughter welcomed and pampered us throughout the holiday. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed with our small dog in this studio apartment and we really enjoyed it. Excellent location very close to the beach of which a free part that we used to great effect. Also close to the center, shops, supermarket, so great location for everything. Private parking space inside the courtyard of the studio apartment, much appreciated because finding parking on the street is not easy. The mono is comfortable, air conditioned, sofa bed that can always be kept open for convenience and space remains to move around well. Kitchen corner with everything. TV with all channels although occasionally the signal goes away but then comes back. And then what to say again .... we had such a good time that next year we would like to return. Abbiamo soggiornato di recente con il nostro piccolo cane in questo monolocale e siamo stati davvero molto bene. Posizione ottima vicinissimo alla spiaggia di cui una parte libera che abbiamo usufruito alla grande. Vicino anche al centro, negozi, supermercato, quindi ottima posizione per tutto. Posto auto privato all'interno del cortlle del monolocale molto apprezzato perché in strada trovare parcheggio non è facile. Il mono è confortevole, condizionato, divano a letto che si può tenere sempre aperto per comodità e lo spazio rimane per muoversi bene. Angolo cucina con tutto. TV con tutti i canali anche se ogni tanto il segnale se ne va ma poi ritorna. E poi che dire ancora....ci siamo trovati così bene che il prossimo anno vorremmo ritornare. Grazie Sig. Anna Maria. I stayed in Piombino with my family. I must say that our experience has been more than positive, both for the place and for the apartment. Close to all the necessary services or in any case reachable in a short time. Mr. Luca very kind and helpful: he showed us the city and recommended where to go to visit the surroundings and reach the most beautiful beaches. We will be back...
Ho soggiornato a Piombino con la mia famiglia. Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, sia per il luogo sia per l' appartamento.
Vicino a tutti i servizi necessari o comunque raggiungibili in poco tempo.
Il Sig. Luca gentilissimo e disponibile : ci ha illustrato la città e consigliato dive poter andare per visitare i dintorni e raggiungere le spiagge più belle.

Very well equipped and refreshing rental in the heart of a small village. Geographically well located for tourist visits, seaside access and ballads. The neighborhood and the inhabitants of this village were welcoming and pleasant.

Super welcome from the person in charge of cleaning and reception, the accommodation conforms to the description, it is in a small street with no vehicle traffic which makes it pleasant. Please note that the parking spaces nearby are few (not there are any!) and difficult to access for large vehicles and for those who are not used to it. On the accommodation, one element could easily be improved: there is no microwave oven, I think that would be a plus. The people of the village are very welcoming, we had a great stay there! THANKS !
Super accueil de la personne en charge du ménage et de l'accueil, le logement est conforme à la description, il est dans une petite rue sans circulation de véhicule ce qui le rend agréable. Attention les places de stationnement à proximité sont peu nombreuses ( pas il y en a !) et difficile d'accès pour les gros véhicules et pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude. Sur le logement, un élément pourrait être amélioré facilement : il n'y a pas de four micro-ondes, je pense que ça serait un plus. Les personnes du village sont très accueillantes, nous y avons passé un super séjour ! Merci !
Spacious and bright apartment with sea view and in the marina, convenient to services. The only point of weakness is sometimes nocturnal noises of rude people well attenuated by closing the windows.

A wonderful place to spend an unforgettable holiday. House located near the sea and at the same time you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation as the house is located in a beautiful cool and shaded pine forest in the middle of the hill. I wholeheartedly recommend and would happily return for another holiday.
Un posto meraviglioso, dove trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Casa situata vicino al mare e nello stesso momento si può godere di tranquillità e relax visto che la casa è situata in una bellissima pineta fresca e ombreggiate in mezzo alla collina. Raccomando a cuore aperto e tornerei volentieri per un altra vacanza.
We stayed in this wonderful house from October 1st to October 15th, 2022! The expectations were exceeded, the house is lovingly and equipped with everything and very clean. Christiano and his wife are very, very nice and helpful. Christiano came by several times a week to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was ok. The view from the balcony is a dream, I would book the house again at any time!

Die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen, das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Christiano und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Christiano kam mehrfach die Woche vorbei um sich um den Pool zu kümmern und zu fragen ob alles OK ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
