2 rooms in apartment of 40m² in villa with terrace, parking, panoramic view, great calm away from traffic.
We have been renting for over 20 years a property of 6000m²
2 rooms of 41m ² in villa with terrace, free parking in the gated property with a 180° panoramic view of the whole city of Nice and in the distance Cap d'Antibes. Very quiet away from the traffic and 100 meters from the forest park of 40 ha.
The villa is in a semi private, dead-end street with only 5 villas.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable trundle bed 160 X 200 in the living room.
Buses pass at 100 meters towards Nice, Villefranche, Beaulieu and Villefranche s/mer every 1/2 hour or so. Distance to town, beaches and shops: 4.5km = 7 minutes by car.
The place is conducive to rest and walks in nature, forest and trails.
