A very pleasant stay, a warm welcome. The view from the apartment's terrace is superb and the access to the nearby sea is very easy. We were delighted to enjoy the swimming pool of the residence and appreciated the calm back from our excursions in Andalusia.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem großen Gebäude aus den 70ern. Alles ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber, es gibt 3 Aufzüge, genügend Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür (für die vielen Mietautos) und eine wunderschöne parkähnliche Gartenanlage mit einem riesengroßen Pool. Das Appartement selbst besteht aus einem sehr großen Raum mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küchenzeile (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, etc.), einem Esstisch mit Stülappen, einem Esstisch mit Stülapplen, einem Esstisch mit Stülappen 2 Kinder) und einer großen Schrankwand, in der 2 ausklappbare Betten (Bettwäsche, Bettlaken und Handtücher sind natürlich auch vorhanden) untergebracht sind. Dazu kommt noch ein integrierter Kleiderschrank mit sehr vielen Bügeln und diverse Fächer und Schubladen, in denen man alles unterbringen kann. Ein Flachbildschirm mit Receiver (deutsche, englische, italienische, französische, spanische und skandinavische Sendet) und ein Safe runden das ganze ab. Auf dem Balkon gibt's einen großen Tisch und Stühle, sehr schön für's Frühstück mit Blick aufs Mittelmeer oder für den abendlichen Sundowner. Achso, is gibt natürlich auch einBadezimmer mit Dusche, WC, großem Waschbecken und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf der gleichen Etage ist dann noch ein seperater Abstellraum mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Dort kann man auch seine leeren Koffer unterbringen. Das Appartement ist perfekt für 2 Personen, geht auch zusätzlich mit 2 Kindern, da man es ja sowieso nur zum Schlafen braucht. Das Leben spielt sich in Spanien ja die meiste Zeit draußen ab. Ich nutzte is alleinedas war der pure Luxus. Alles (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Apotheke, kleine Geschenkläden, Strandlokale, Bushaltestelle) ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Am Meer mit Sandstrand ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Patrick ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und ich werde dieses Appartement in der Zukunft noch sehr oft buchen.

We had a great stay in Claudie and Patrick's apartment. The apartment is true to the description, very well equipped and very clean. Patrick is extremely available to give all the necessary information. The view is superb, overlooking the sea and a magnificent wooded park. The residence is located a stone's throw from the sea, the beach is very beautiful, with golden sand on the side of the dunes. Shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood of the residence, Las Chapas, not far from Marbella is ideally located for hiking in the hinterland. We also appreciated the juxtaposition of the two studios, which side by side, allow you to share vacations with friends while being at home. We hope to return, perhaps with the family.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Claudie et Patrick. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, très bien équipé et très propre. Patrick est extrêmement disponible pour donner toutes les informations nécessaires. La vue est superbe, vue sur la mer et sur un parc arboré magnifique. La résidence est située à deux pas de la mer, la plage est très belle, avec un sable blond du côté des dunes. Des commerces et des restaurants à proximité. Le quartier de la résidence, Las Chapas, non loin de Marbella est idéalement situé pour aller faire des randonnées dans l'arrière pays.
Nous avons également apprécié la juxtaposition des deux studios, qui côte à côte, permettent de partager des vacances avec des amis tout en étant chacun chez soi.
Nous espérons y revenir, peut-être en famille.

We had a very pleasant stay in this studio. The rental was completely in line with the description on the internet. We were greeted by the owner who is a very friendly person and listens to people. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire qui est une personne très sympathique et à l'écoute des gens. Patrick a préparé un livret d'accueil avec tous les renseignements utiles pour passer un agréable séjour. Le studio est idéalement situé avec une vue superbe sur le parc, la piscine et surtout la mer!! Pas de vis-à-vis et pas de circulation!! Studio à recommander.
