I rented the apartment for 2 weeks in August and I had a great time, the photographs are real and the owner and his collaborator were kind and present for any needs. I was very good.
Ho affittato l'appartamento per 2 settimane ad agosto e mi sono trovato benissimo, le fotografie sono reali e il proprietario con la sua collaboratrice sono stati gentili e presenti per eventuali bisogni.

The holiday accommodation corresponds very well to the description given. It is very well maintained and also has a very well maintained and lovingly designed property. Everything is always kept clean, the pool cleaned daily. The landlords are very friendly. We spent a really nice holiday there.
Die Ferienunterkunft entspricht der genannten Beschreibung sehr gut. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und hat ebenfalls ein sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll gestaltetes Grundstück. Alles wird stets sauber gehalten, der Pool täglich gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben dort einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Perfect home for a family and friends. Clean, tidy nothing was missing. Great location. In the small town center there was everything, two grocery stores at newsstands .. in short, I can only give full marks to this house because I found the right habitat for a SUPER holiday.

Ottima posizione. Nel centro piccolo del paese c’era tutto, due alimentari posta edicola .. insomma non posso che dare il punteggio pieno a questa casa perché ho trovato l habitat adatto per una vacanza SUPER.
Quiet and characteristic place where you can find peace and beauty and tranquility. We have been going in September for years and every year the holiday regenerates us. In case of need advice or other Massimiliana and her husband go out of their way to make you feel pampered and protected. I recommend it for those who love peace and simple and genuine things.
Posto tranquillo e caratteristico dove si può trovare pace e bellezza e tranquillità. Sono anni che andiamo a settembre e ogni anno la vacanza ci rigenera.
In caso di bisogno consigli o altro Massimiliana ed il marito si fanno in quattro per farti sentire coccolati e protetti.

We stayed in this house in 7, from 4 to 14 August 2021 and we had a great time. Quiet village and very nice structure with all the necessary comforts. The owner Vittoria, her collaborators Gavino and Massimiliana are wonderful people who made us feel at home. Highly recommended !! Ivan and Annalisa.
Siamo stati in questa casa in 7, dal 4 al 14 agosto 2021 e siamo stati benissimo. Paesino tranquillo e struttura molto bella con tutti i confort necessari. La proprietaria Vittoria, i suoi collaboratori Gavino e Massimiliana sono persone stupende che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo!!

Tergu holiday homes n. 86630 We spent 2 wonderful weeks. Welcomed with extreme availability and cordiality. House with 2 large and well-kept apartments. The highlight is the veranda where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. Really fantastic. Quiet place suitable for relaxing holidays. Garden suitable for children. Area from which in a few minutes it is possible to visit beaches and places of interest. Definitely to go back.

Very good overall, quiet and good value for money. It would lack better quality bedding in the living room, the announcement promises 5 to 6 beds, a comfortable convertible would be desired. It was necessary to "tinker" with the bed that is on the terrace so that 6 people can sleep.

Il manquerait une literie de meilleure qualité dans le salon, l'annonce promet 5 à 6 couchages, un convertible confortable serait souhaité.
Il a fallu "bricoler" avec le lit qui est sur la terrasse pour que les 6 personnes puissent dormir.
We enjoyed it, the house was exactly as it was described, the very beautiful place. The only small beach flaw and always full stress and at home non-potable water that with a one-year-old child was a bit uncomfortable especially to wash it without ingesting it. However definitely a positive judgment!
Ci siamo trovati bene, la casa era esattamente come veniva descritta, il posto molto bello.
Unica pecca spiaggia piccola e sempre stress piena e in casa acqua non potabile che con un bambino di un anno era un po' scomoda soprattutto per lavarlo senza che la ingerisse.
Comunque sicuramente un giudizio positivo!
With my wife and my two daughters we stayed for two weeks in the apartment with the smaller veranda and we were very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped, nice and clean. Sara welcomed us making us find delicious treats and cool drinks in the fridge, which we really appreciated. He also provided us with a lot of information on what to visit in the vicinity and on the various beaches in the area and the last day allowed us to leave calmly, in the late afternoon; so we had the chance to take a last bath, taking advantage of all the time we had before the return journey. Thanks Sara for the nice vacation: we were very good!
Con mia moglie e le mie due figlie abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nell'appartamento con la veranda più piccola e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento è ben accessoriato, curato e pulito. Sara ci ha accolti facendoci trovare dei deliziosi dolcetti e bevande fresche in frigo, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ci ha fornito anche molte informazioni su cosa visitare nelle vicinanze e sulle diverse spiagge in zona e l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di partire con calma, nel pomeriggio inoltrato; abbiamo così avuto la possibilità di fare un ultimo bagno, sfruttando tutto il tempo che avevamo a disposizione prima del viaggio di rientro. Grazie Sara per la bella vacanza: siamo stati molto bene!
Comfortable apartment and close enough to the beach. Owner very kind and present, even if physically far away, has taken care to quickly solve a small misunderstanding not attributable to him. Sea in the beautiful surroundings, easy to move location to visit Sardinia.
Appartamento comodo e abbastanza vicino alla spiaggia. Proprietario molto gentile e presente, anche se fisicamente lontano, si è premurato di risolvere velocemente un piccolo disguido a lui non attribuibile.
Mare nei dintorni bello, posizione di facile spostamento per visitare la Sardegna.
I stayed with my partner for two weeks in the apartment n. 7 of Mr. Sauro, we found ourselves so well that we return again this year. The apartment is perfect for two people nothing is missing kitchen equipped, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and last year since it was renovated it was all brand new. We will be back again gladly this year Castelsardo is beautiful and by now knowing the area we will certainly move better than last year. You have to always use the car but in Sardinia it is so if you want to see the many beautiful beaches that it has, we have often turned and we are back with yarn !!
Ho soggiornato insieme al mio compagno per due settimane nell'appartamento n. 7 del Sig. Sauro, ci siamo trovati talmente bene che ci ritorniamo anche quest'anno.
L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone non manca nulla cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, TV, aria condizionata e l'anno scorso visto che era stato ristrutturato era tutto nuovissimo. Ci ritorniamo volentieri anche quest'anno Castelsardo è bellissima e conoscendo ormai la zona ci muoveremo sicuramente meglio rispetto all'anno scorso. Bisogna usare la macchina sempre ma in Sardegna è così se vuoi vedere le tante belle spiagge che ha, noi abbiamo girato spesso e ci ritorniamo di filato!!

Very spacious, clean house with a nice garden. We appreciated the calm of the village where it is located and the great availability of Mrs. Massimiliana, who takes care of it. Well located compared to the beautiful beaches of northern Sardinia.

These are two apartments on top of each other. One equipped with a kitchen while the other is not. Ideal for multiple families who want to share meals. The apartment on the top floor has been recently renovated and is very welcoming, the ground floor apartment, albeit hospitable, shows some signs of the time. Both neat and clean. The tranquility of the place is priceless, the possibility to dine in the porch and use the fireplace with grill. Very quiet the context of the area, a 15-minute clock from the historic center of Castelsardo. Excellent as a starting point for visiting the beaches of northern Sardinia. Ms. Massimiliana referent on site is very available.
Trattasi di due appartamenti uno sopra l’altro. Uno fornito di cucina mentre l’altro no. Ideale per più nuclei familiari che vogliono condividere i pasti. L’appartamento al piano superiore è stato da poco ristrutturato ed è molto accogliente, l’appartamento al piano terra, seppur ospitale, riporta qualche segno del tempo. Entrambe ordinati e puliti. Impagabile la tranquillità del posto, la possibilità di cenare nel portico e utilizzare il caminetto con griglia. Molto silenzioso il contesto della zona, a 15 minuti di orologio dal centro storico di Castelsardo. Ottimo come base di partenza per visitare le spiagge al nord della Sardegna. Molto disponibile la Sig.ra Massimiliana referente in loco.
