This was a great location where we could easily walk into town and the main beach in Saint Anne. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach right in front of the condo or on the balcony. It was nice to have the AC at night to sleep and the condo had everything we needed.
The accommodation is a few minutes from the beach on foot, which is very convenient. Complete kitchen equipment. The extras: the umbrella, the hair dryer, the laundry. A suggestion: offer a bottle of cool water, even if it?s tap water! Very satisfied with the welcome from the owners

We received a very warm welcome from the owners of this charming rental. We immediately felt at ease, comfortably seated, quiet, and Mrs. M., at our request, prepared typical and delicious meals for us for the 4 evenings we stayed. The swimming pool was a real pleasure, we were able to enjoy it without being bothered by the proximity of the owners who remained very discreet. We appreciated the fans and air conditioning in the rooms. Clean, healthy home, with a view of the magnificent garden. We highly recommend this villa.
Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires de cette charmante location. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise, confortablement installés, au calme, et Mme M., sur notre demande, nous a préparé des repas typiques et délicieux pour les 4 soirs où nous sommes restés.
La piscine était un vrai bonheur, nous avons pu en profiter sans être gênés par la proximité des propriétaires qui sont restés vraiment très discrets. Nous avons appréciés les ventilateurs et la climatisation dans les chambres.
Habitation propre, saine, avec vue sur le magnifique jardin.

very beautiful house, very clean, very well located, well ventilated, beautiful view of the island of Dominica, very good comfort, no water cut, beautiful garden, close to super market and caterer for doing our shopping, everything what you need to welcome a baby, very nice welcome with everything you need for dinner in the evening and breakfast (very appreciable given the late time at which we arrived) finally, very welcoming and available owners. In short, this stay was nothing but happiness in this house, I will return there during my next trip to Guadeloupe and I will give the address to all my friends and acquaintances.
très belle maison, très propre, très bien placée, bien ventilée, belle vue sur l'ile de la Dominique, très bon confort, pas de coupure d'eau, beau jardin, proche de super marché et traiteur pour faire nos courses, tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir un bébé, très bel accueil avec tout ce qu'il faut pour dîner le soir et prendre le petit déjeuner (super appréciable vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés)
pour finir, propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Bref, ce séjour ne fut que du bonheur dans cette maison, j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage en Guadeloupe et je donnerai l'adresse à tous mes amis et connaissances.

Apartment conforms to the description, clean, functional and ideally located. However, no special attention when we arrived, no first breakfast, not even a bottle of water, despite the high temperatures. We had to go shopping in a hurry. Too bad ?

We stayed at Villa Kazami in April 2023 for a short week. From the first contact with Dominique, everything was perfect. Dominique is a very friendly person who does everything to ensure that your preparation for your stay and your stay goes perfectly. We were able to have access, before our arrival, to a guide of the Villa which included all the necessary information (for the Villa but also tourist information).
Arriving at Villa Kazami, we discovered a real paradise. The place is very quiet and the view from the house is perfect with the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is surrounded by greenery which allowed us to be quiet and to see many different birds and insects (all harmless).
The Carbet and the Terrace invite contemplation and they are timeless places. The Villa is fully equipped in all rooms. Nothing is missing, really nothing (thanks for discovering the Skyjo board game ?). Inside, the temperature is pleasant thanks to the fans and the trade winds. The bedrooms are very spacious, the bathrooms offerall amenities and the living room-kitchen is very pleasant even if we spent most of our time on the terrace and in the Carbet. The decoration is neat with very pretty paintings and the house is very clean.
The swimming pool is "the icing on the cake" of this paradise. We were able to take advantage of the Villa's superb swimming pool when we returned from an excursion in order to take advantage of its freshness (relative to the outside temperature ?) and its exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea.
In addition to all this, Cédric who takes care of the concierge is a very professional person who takes care of the house and its guests perfectly.
To sum up, we had an excellent stay thanks to Dominique. Villa Kazami is an exceptional place where time stands still located in Basse Terre which deserves to be better known because it is much more natural. We would like more than anything to return to Villa Kazami during a future stay in Guadeloupe.
Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Kazami en Avril 2023 pour une petite semaine. Dès le premier contact avec Dominique, tout à été parfait. Dominique est une personne très sympathique et qui fait tout pour que votre préparation de séjour et séjour se passe d’une façon parfaite. Nous avons pu avoir accès, avant notre arrivée, à un guide de la Villa qui comprenait la totalité des informations nécessaires (pour la Villa mais également des informations touristiques).
En arrivant à la Villa Kazami, nous avons découvert un vrai paradis. Le lieu est très calme et la vue depuis la maison est parfaite avec le soleil qui se couche sur la mer des Caraïbes. La Villa est en pleine verdure ce qui nous a permis d’être au calme et d’apercevoir beaucoup d’oiseaux et insectes différents (tous inoffensifs).
Le Carbet et la Terrasse invite à la contemplation et ce sont des lieux hors du temps. La Villa est parfaitement équipée dans toutes les pièces. Il ne manque rien, vraiment rien (merci pour la découverte du jeu de société le Skyjo 😊). A l’intérieur, la température est agréable grâce aux ventilateurs et aux alizés. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les salles de bains offrent toutes les commodités et le salon-cuisine est très agréable à vivre même si nous avons passés la plupart de notre temps sur la terrasse et dans le Carbet. La décoration est soignée avec de très jolis tableaux et la maison est très propre.
La piscine est « la cerise sur le gâteau » de ce paradis. Nous avons pu profiter de la superbe piscine de la Villa lors de nos retours d’excursion afin de profiter de sa fraicheur (relative par rapport à la température extérieure 😉) et de sa vue exceptionnelle sur la mer des Caraïbes.
En plus de tout ceci, Cédric qui s’occupe de la conciergerie est une personne très professionnelle qui s’occupe parfaitement de la maison et des hôtes de celle-ci.
Pour résumé, nous avons passés un excellent séjour grâce à Dominique. La Villa Kazami est un lieu d’exception ou le temps s’arrête située en Basse Terre qui mérite d’être plus connue car beaucoup plus nature. Nous souhaiterions plus que tout revenir à la Villa Kazami lors d’un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe.

We had a very good stay in this studio with sea view. It is very well located, in the center of the south of the island and not too far from the main roads in order to circulate easily on the island, a few steps from the sea and the beach of Sainte Luce. It is very functional and well equipped. The bedding is very good. And in addition, the rental companies are friendly. We recommend it without hesitation.

Il est très bien situé, au centre du sud de l'ile et pas trop loin des grands axes routiers afin de circuler facilement sur l'ile, à quelques pas de la mer et de la plage de Sainte Luce.
Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. La literie est très bonne.
Et en plus, les loueurs sont sympathiques.
Nous le recommandons sans problème.

We were very satisfied with this rental occupied for 3 weeks. The accommodation is very clean, pretty and very well equipped: cooler, folding seats and beach towels etc?. Excellent. The owners are super nice. Heartwarming welcome. If possible, I would rate it 6 stars. In reality it is better than like on the pictures. The studio is very spacious. All are in immaculate condition. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing. The house is located a few minutes walk above the town. Car really not essential. All is close. Restaurants, bakery, supermarket. The view of the boats is exceptional. And it's still quiet. To conclude, an unforgettable stay in Sainte Anne. I recommend this accommodation without a doubt!
Excellent. Les propriétaires sont super gentils. Accueil chaleureux. Si ça serait possible je voudrais indiquer 6 étoiles. En réalité c'est mieux que comme sur les images. Le studio est très spacieux. Tous est dans une état impeccable. La cuisine est équipée parfait. Il manque rien. La maison est située quelques minutes au pied au dessus de la ville. Voiture vraiment pas essentiel. Tous est proche . Les restos, boulangerie, supermarché. La vue sur les bateaux est exceptionnelle. Et c'est calme quand même.
Pour conclure, un séjour inoubliable à Sainte Anne. Je recommande ce hébergement sans aucun doute!
