Terraced house in a residence almost directly on the sea. Obviously new and tastefully renovated. Very good equipment. Spacious ground floor with living/dining area, terrace and garden. The upper floor was built to save space, but the four of us were able to organize ourselves without any problems. Hardly visited pool and quiet beach in a few minutes. You could even walk to the supermarket. Buses and boats run regularly to Saint Tropez. We had two great weeks in the pre-season with very helpful and friendly supervisors on site. Highly Recommended.
Reihenhaus in einer Residence fast direkt am Meer. Offensichtlich neu und geschmackvoll renoviert. Sehr gute Austattung. Großzügiges Erdgeschoß mit Wohn/Essbereich, Terasse und Garten. Obergeschoß sehr platzsparend gebaut, wir haben uns zu viert aber problemlos organisieren können. Kaum besuchter Pool und ruhiger Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sogar den Supermarkt könnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Nach Saint Tropez fahren regelmäßig Busse und Schiffe. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Vorsaison mit sehr hilfreichen und freundlichen Betreuern vor Ort. Absolut empfehlenswert.
very good week in this studio, nothing is missing, quiet environment, 10 minutes walk from the shops, the port, and the coastal path, secure car parking and shelter for bicycles. we enjoyed the terrace morning and evening. We will advise.

The house corresponds exactly to the description and offers enough amenities for a comfortable holiday. The landlord is very accommodating and friendly. The only disadvantage is the main road which runs along the house. Unfortunately, for many drivers, a speed limit is just a recommendation.
Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und bietet genügend Annehmlichkeiten für einen gemütlichen Urlaub . Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und Freundlich. Einziger Nachteil ist die Hauptstrasse welche am Haus entlang verläuft . Leider ist für viele Fahrzeuglenker ein Tempolimit nur eine Empfehlung.
Easily the best property we have rented in St Maxime. It has a very spacious terrace where the sun shone all day and made lunch a very pleasant experience. Cooking facilities were very good in a well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is a very short walk away as is the town centre and the beach.
We were pleased to have car park facility as this is has been a problem for us before in St Maxime.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the property to any potential visitor and we hope to return to it next year
Good contact with the landlord and his communication was clear and response time fast. The apartment was very nicely located in the complex. A lovely swimming pool was nearby. No stairs because you reach the front door via a walkway, near the reception and entrance of the complex. The decor of the apartment was good and modern. The price ratio was good. The reception by the caretaker was also perfectly arranged both on arrival and departure. As the apartment is stated in the ad is actually true. Shops nearby and lovely beaches.

Het appartement lag zeer mooi gelegen in het complex. Een heerlijk zwembad was vlakbij.
Geen trappenlopen want je komt via een loopbrug bij de voordeur, vlakbij de receptie en ingang van het complex.
De inrichting van het appartement was goed en modern. De prijsverhouding was goed.
De opvang door de huismeester was ook perfect geregeld zowel bij aankomst als vertrek.
Zoals het appartement in de advertentie staat vermeld is ook daadwerkelijk waar.
Winkels in de buurt en heerlijke strandjes.
Wij kunnen dit adres van harte aanbevelen.

A breathtaking 180° view of the sea A functional house decorated with great taste Crush on the outside with the swimming pool and its little robot, the kitchen and the bar as well as the different places to settle down to "chiller" and enjoy every moment... We had a very good stay in this apartment nestled in the countryside, quiet and located just 1km from the beach. Superb view over the bay of Cavalaire and the surrounding hills. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure we have a good stay.
