VILLA BANCOT ARCACHON, IDEAL 2-3 ROOMS FOR THIS CHARMING AND CONFORTABLE HOUSE
The spirit of a chalet-type villa and the charm of Arcachon for this pretty independent house of 50m2, built in 2015!
In the neighborhood of Aiguillon, close to the beach and the small port of Arcachon, come and relax near the basin of Arcachon.
Prettily decorated with a zen atmosphere, the villa Bancot offers modern and authentic comfort on two levels, including a wooden terrace for lunch or dinner in complete privacy.

The entrance is via the terrace lined with a hedge.
On the ground floor, you will find a nice living room including the kitchen, the dining area and the living room, opening onto the terrace by a large bay and a large window giving lots of light (East southeast exposure).
The 6m2 bathroom includes a large shower of 80 x 160, a large washbasin, a towel radiator and a separate space for the washing machine and storage space. A door opens into the separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 landing
1 bedroom with 1 sleeping 180x200, flat screen TV.

The center of the Aiguillon area is very close to the house.
This lively area, busy throughout the year, is full of authentic small shops as well as welcoming and friendly restaurants open all year round.
The most beautiful fish shop is also at Aiguillon, a must!

The train station is 20 minutes walk away. I can pick you up by car!
By car: Located at the entrance of Arcachon, follow the signs to Aiguillon, port of Arcachon. The street is perpendicular to the boulevard de la plage, near Saint Ferdinand Church and the small port.
No problem to park in the street (non paying).
