Me, my partner and our two children stayed in this vacation rental for a week. the house is very comfortable, plus it has a beautiful fenced outdoor veranda. The beds are very comfortable even those for children. The sea and the beach are very clean and right in front of the house, the cycle and pedestrian path that runs along the sea is also beautiful. Lorenza and her family were all very kind, they welcomed us really well, they gave us lots of organic lemons that were very good, they also tasted their limoncino which is also very good, thanks also to the bartenders of the bar near the house who gave us they super spoiled with their kindness. there is the possibility to request fresh fish directly from the fisherman (we took the swordfish and it was super), the same goes for the vegetables .. we had a great time. More stars could be given I would give them. We sincerely hope to return.
Io il mio compagno e i nostri due bimbi abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanze una settimana.
la casa è molto confortevole,oltretutto ha una bellissima veranda esterna recintata. I letti sono molto comodi anche quelli per i bambini. Il mare e la spiaggia sono molto pulite ed è proprio di fronte alla casa, bellissima anche la ciclopedonale che costeggia il mare.
Lorenza e i suoi familiari sono stati tutti molto gentili, ci hanno accolto veramente bene, ci hanno regalato tantissimi limoni biologici che erano buonissimi, è fatto assaggiare anche il loro limoncino anch’esso molto buono, grazie anche i baristi del bar vicino alla casa che ci hanno super viziato con la loro gentilezza.
c’è la possibilità di richiedere il pesce fresco direttamente dal pescatore ( noi abbiamo preso il pesce spada ed era super), idem la verdura..
noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si potessero dare più stelle le darei.
Speriamo vivamente di ritornare.
Hello, I have rented this apartment several times, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, which is easily accessible on foot along the seaside. Top location for calm. Really nice house equipped with everything you need to have a nice holiday. The location of the accommodation is exceptional on the ground floor of an ancient building with adjoining private park, facing the seafront of Menton. The private parking, located in a side street, is also convenient. The owner was very helpful and kind. The only negative note but that does not depend on the house or the owner: the other tenants of the building recommended us not to let the children play in the garden of the building even in the paths and near the benches as they could disturb.
Casa veramente bella e fornita di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. La posizione dell'alloggio è eccezionale a piano terra di un palazzo antico con parco privato annesso, di fronte al lungo mare di Mentone.
Anche il parcheggio privato, posizionato in una via laterale, è comodo. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile.
Unica nota negativa ma che non dipende né dalla casa né dalla proprietaria: gli altri inquilini del palazzo ci hanno raccomandato di non far giocare i bambini nel giardino del palazzo nemmeno nei vialetti e in prossimità delle panchine in quanto avrebbero potuto disturbare.
We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Ospedeletti. The apartment is spacious, sensibly designed, very bright, clean and has everything you need: from gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to iron and patio furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for activities of all kinds, be it going to the beach, exploring Aquadolce or Nice by car or cycling on the new cycle route - 25 km in one direction via San Remo to San Lorenzo. The apartment is on a very busy and therefore extremely noisy street, but we tolerated the noise with the very beautiful direct panoramic view of the sea. The terrace of the apartment was our living room and dining room: it is large, has a sitting area and a dining area. You can enjoy the coffee or the meal with the wide, glittering view of the blue. The landlady and her mom are great, very reliable and very nice. All arrangements went very quickly and easily, such as late arrival or departure. We got several good tips about the area from the landlady, including information about a small family-run restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, where we thenHave often fetched food and enjoyed many original Ligurian meals on the beautiful terrace. Last but not least: you can park your car very easily on the street near the apartment, we were always able to find a good parking space. And we were allowed to use a small lockable room in the building for our e-bikes. Conclusion: highly recommended, we will be back ...
In dieser Wohnung in Ospedeletti haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sinnvoll geschnitten, sehr hell, sauber und hat alles was man braucht: von Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine über Bügeleisen bis Terrassenmöbel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Unternehmungen aller Art, sei es zum Strand gehen, mit dem Auto Aquadolce oder Nizza erkunden oder auf der neuen Fahrradstrecke Fahrrad fahren - 25 km in einer Richtung über San Remo bis San Lorenzo. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen und somit extrem lauten Straße, aber bei dem sehr schönem direkten Panoramablick aufs Meer haben wir den Lärm geduldet. Die Terrasse der Wohnung war unseres Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer: sie ist groß, hat eine Sitzecke und eine Essecke. Man genießt den Kaffee oder das Essen mit dem weiten glitzerndem Blick ins Blaue. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mama sind top, sehr zuverlässig und sehr nett. Alle Absprachen liefen sehr schnell und unkompliziert, wie z.B. eine späte Anreise oder Abreise. Von der Vermieterin haben wir mehrere gute Tipps über die Gegend bekommen, u.a. die Info über ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, wo wir dann öfters Essen geholt haben und viele original ligurisch gekochte Mahlzeiten auf der schönen Terrasse genossen haben. Zu guter Letzt: Auto kann man sehr gut in der Nähe von der Wohnung auf der Strasse parken, wir konnten immer einen guten Parkplatz finden. Und für unsere E-Bikes haben wir einen kleinen verschließbaren Raum im Gebäude nutzen dürfen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder...

We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay. The very beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi were privatized. The house is comfortable and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden. Ezia is always available and considerate. She prepared very good regional specialties for us. I highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful house of Ezia which is welcoming and attentive to its tenants! She came to pick us up at the station, took us shopping, showed us her amazing city because it is multi-faceted, a seaside town that we adored. We will be back soon ... Magnificent swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, good bedding, rest assured. Typical path and alleys to go down into town and discover the always smiling inhabitants. Go back up by minibus (barely 1 per hour, bus station) or by taxi (10mn 10 ?, with friendly exchange). Know dogs well and plan for mosquitoes like everywhere in Italy. Air conditioning and a dishwasher would be a plus.
Merveilleux séjour dans la belle maison de Ezia qui est avenante et aux petits soins avec ses locataires! Elle est venue nous chercher à la gare, nous a emmenés faire les courses, nous a fait découvrir sa ville étonnante car aux multiples facettes,ville balnéaire que nous avons adorée.

Remonter par le minibus (à peine 1 par heure, gare routière) ou en taxi (10mn 10 €,avec échange sympathique).
Bien connaître les chiens et prévoir des antimoustiques comme partout en Italie.
La climatisation et un lave-vaisselle seraient un plus appréciable.
We had a very pleasant stay in this very clean apartment on our arrival very comfortable equipment of the apartment nothing to complain about a lot of storage beautiful terrace in peace although the residence is by the sea. Excellent location one step away from the sea, the owners are very kind and helpful. The only flaw is the proximity to the bar which is heard from 7 in the morning until after 10 pm. The house is surrounded by splendid vegetation and during the night you can hear the sea ... for those who love nature it is not to be missed.
Ottima posizione ad un passo dal mare, le proprietarie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca è la vicinanza con il bar che si fa sentire dalle 7 del mattino fino ad oltre le h 22.
La casetta è immersa in una splendida vegetazione e durante la notte si sente il mare...per chi ama la natura è da non perdere.
Perfect two pas accommodation yes from the splendid and clean sea of Ospedaletti. Mrs. Maria Pia was very kind and generous with useful advice. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a large terrace perfect for lunches and dinners, dishwasher and washing machine. The only problem is the noise from the very busy road but the windows are excellent and if you want you can close everything, air conditioning and go. Really highly recommended and I really hope to return.

si dal mare splendido e pulito di Ospedaletti. La signora Maria Pia è stata gentilissima e prodiga di consigli utili. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno rilassante, un terrazzo ampio ottimo per pranzi e cene, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Unici problema è il rumore della strada veramente molto trafficata ma gli infissi sono ottimi e volendo si chiude tutto, aria condizionata e via. Consigliatissima davvero e spero proprio di ritornare.
Really nice holiday home with enough space for clothes and baggage. Everything we needed was available, even toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The beach is right across the road and there was a big playground 100 m away. For us very handy was the gate for the whole property so that our toddlers couldn't run onto the road. The owner was also very nice and her mother, who lives there, even brought us fresh lemons and eggs and lots of toys for our kids.
The houses are clean and furnished with everything you need for your stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and really close to the sea. A compliment to Lorenza for the courtesy and helpfulness she gives to her guests. It will again be one of our destinations in beautiful Liguria.

Nous avons séjourné dans un très bel appartement, agréable, de bon goût et surtout bien équipé, situé idéalement à quelques mètres du bord de mer, avec une vue imprenable sur le grand bleu, les voiliers et les yachts, ainsi que sur la merveilleuse vielle ville de Menton. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par M. Adamo pour les modalités de prise en charge de la location. Bref un séjour inoubliable pour passer des vacances en famille sous le soleil, le bruit des vagues qui vous bercent et surtout des moments de farniente.
