Very good value for money. We had an excellent stay, the view from the balcony amazed us. The sofa bed is very comfortable and there is everything you need to cook on site, even grills. The owners are welcoming and very friendly.

We received a very warm welcome from the owners who explained and helped us upon our arrival. The apartment is very clean with all the comforts and even some unexpected little extras. Very nice view from the balcony. Nearby shops as well as the beach just across. To recommend.

We spent 2 weeks in the holiday apartment with 4 people and were very satisfied. The furnishings are very tasteful and very well equipped. Nothing was missing. The kitchen equipment is above average. The highlight is the clean and large pool, which is located directly in front of the holiday apartment and could be used at any time and where you could also use deck chairs. Most of the time we were completely alone, so it was like a private pool. The landlords were very welcoming and were always available to answer questions, even if they didn't live on site. If we travel to La Ciotat again we would definitely book this accommodation again.
Wir haben 2 Wochen mit 4 Personen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Küchenaustattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut.
Das Highlight ist der saubere und große Pool, der direkt vor der Ferienwohnung liegt und zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden konnte und an dem man auch Liegestühle benutzen konnte. In der meisten Zeit waren wir völlig alleine, sodass es wie ein Privatpool war. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und standen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung, auch wenn sie nicht vor Ort wohnen.
Wenn wir wieder nach La Ciotat reisen, würden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Very quiet house, with a beautiful garden that we fully enjoyed. We chose every day the place to have lunch or dinner or breakfast. Very important for Italians: there is a bidet in the master bathroom. NB: The garden is completely fenced and our dog enjoyed the very large spaces. Last but not least Marie is a very courteous, warm and helpful host.
Casa molto tranquilla, con un bellissimo giardino di cui abbiamo goduto appieno.
Sceglievamo ogni giorno il luogo dove pranzare o cenare o fare colazione.
Molto importante per gli italiani: nel bagno padronale c’è il bidet.
N.B : Il giardino è completamente recintato e il nostro cane si è goduto gli spazi molto ampi. Ultima cosa, ma non meno importante Marie è un host molto cortese, calorosa e disponibile.

Quiet location a few minutes drive from the beaches. We were made very welcome by the owner of the premises. Very clean and perfectly equipped (+ air-conditioned). The pool is nice with hardly anyone. We will come back with great pleasure.

Excellent stay, the apartment is very well equipped. The calm of this place is perfect. Impeccable apartment level cleanliness, bright and the swimming pool is more than appreciable. Laetitia is very responsive and super welcoming and helpful. She is good advice for visits and restaurants in La Ciotat. It was perfect. I recommend and will come back with pleasure.

The person who greeted us was the person who manages the rental for the owner. She told us that she had cleaned thoroughly for 5 hours and asked us to leave the rental on August 27 at 10 a.m. so that she could do the cleaning and that she would not be there when we left, so she would tear the deposit check that I had given him. After he left, I realized that the cleaning was not done properly. Supporting photos I contacted the owner to inform him of the facts cited above. And that I wanted to get my deposit check back when I left at 11 a.m., the end of the rental time and not 10 a.m. The owner solved the problem with his employee Otherwise the apartment was very nice, very good bedding. I told the landlord that consideration should be given to installing a dishwasher and a larger television for the convenience of the tenants.
La personne qui nous a accueilli était la personne qui gère la location pour le propriétaire. Elle nous indiqué avoir fait le ménage à fond durant 5 heures et nous a demandé de quitter la location le 27 août à 10h afin de pouvoir faire le ménage et qu'elle ne serait pas là à notre départ, de ce fait qu'elle déchirerait le chèque de caution que je lui avais remis.
Après son départ, je me suis aperçu que le ménage n'était pas fait correctement. Photos à l'appui j'ai contacté le propriétaire pour l'informer des faits cités ci-dessus.
Et que je souhaitais récupérer mon chèque de caution à mon départ 11h, heure de fin de location et non 10h.

Sinon l'appartement était très agréable, très bonne literie.
J'ai dit au propriétaire qu'il faudrait envisager d'installer un lave-vaisselle et une télévision plus grande pour le confort des locataires.

Brilliant owner, very discreet and attentive with her little 4-legged companion (kisses to Stan). Very cozy and functional shed with a terrace not overlooked and direct access to the swimming pool. There is also Cassis 5 minutes away or La Ciotat 10 minutes away, two magnificent places. Everything for a good holiday.
Propriétaire géniale, très discrète et attentionnée avec son petit compagnon à 4 pattes ( bisous à Stan ). Cabanon très cosy et fonctionnel avec une terrasse sans vis à vis et accès direct à la piscine. Il y a également Cassis à 5mn ou la Ciotat à 10mn deux endroits magnifiques. Tout pour de bonne vacances.
Rental of the house for 15 days, from 9/07/22. The owner was super nice, large air-conditioned house with a huge garden and the small beach just below the gate just 5min away, ideal in the morning with almost no one. Otherwise to go to town you need the car every time and always pay for the parking lots which are quite expensive. Nothing to say about this beautiful period bastide with all the usual comforts of a house, except a small swimming pool would have been welcome during this heat wave. Thank you Mrs DL, I recommend this rental without any problem.

La propriétaire était super gentille, grande maison climatisé avec un énorme jardin et la petite plage juste en bas du portail à 5min à peine, idéal le matin presque personne. Sinon pour aller en ville il vous faut la voiture à chaque fois et toujours payer les parkings qui sont assez cher. Rien à dire sur cette belle bastide d'époque avec tout le confort habituel d'une maison, sauf une petite piscine aurait été la bienvenue durant cette canicule.

Beautiful house well located in the town of La Ciotat, near a semi-private beach of fine sand. Possibility to park two medium-sized cars in the shelter of several hundred-year-old trees which provide very pleasant and significant shade during heat waves! Well-equipped house and above all well insulated from outside temperatures by the thickness of its walls and the provision of air conditioning! A large shaded garden allows you to have breakfast and all family meals! In conclusion, a very pleasant property for a stay for four or six people! Belle maison bien située au sein de la commune de La Ciotat, à proximité d’une plage semi- privative de sable fin.
Possibilité de garer deux voitures de gabarit moyen et ce à l’abri de plusieurs arbres centenaires qui assurent un ombrage très agréable et appréciable lors des épisodes caniculaires !
Maison bien équipée et surtout bien isolée des températures extérieures par l’épaisseur de ses murs et la mise à disposition d’une climatisation !
Un jardin ombragé de grande taille permet de prendre le petit déjeuner et l’ensemble des repas en famille !
En conclusion , une propriété fort agréable pour un séjour à quatre ou six personnes !
