Superb chalet, everything is very good and the owner Mr. B. who has a ski equipment rental store in the town center is very commercial, very friendly and gives good advice!

Charming chalet ideal for several families. Several levels with kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs. Despite a free shuttle which passes not far from the chalet, the center on foot remains far away. In addition, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes outside of school periods.

We stayed in the chalet with 8 adults and 6 children. The chalet was comfortably furnished. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The location close to the Chattrix lift is perfect. The contact with the landlord was impeccable. Thank you for the lovely time in this chalet.
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Chalet. Das Chalet war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die nahe Lage zum Lift Chattrix ist perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war tadellos.

Very beautiful, spacious chalet inside and out. Kitchen, living space, terraces. Located in a very quiet location, close to the center of Les Carroz and the departure points for hikes. Very warm welcome from Monique, she is very available. This is certainly due to the end of the season but a good cleaning would be nice. Our stay with friends was a great success.

the house was spacious enough for seventeen people, and delivered nice and clean to us on arrival. kitchen inventory very spacious. Only a hob didn't do it right, luckily we had two. The information provided in advance by the owner was clear and comprehensive. Only downside: the wifi did not work properly at all. nothing but praise, we would prefer to go there again next year!
de woning was ruim genoeg voor zeventien personen, en mooi schoon opgeleverd aan os bij aankomst. keuken inventaris zeer ruim aanwezig. Alleen een kookplaat deed het niet goed, gelukkig hadden we twee. De informatie vooraf versterkt door de eigenaar was duidelijk en uitgebried. Enige minpunt : de wifi werkte totaal niet naar behoren. verder niks dan lof, we zouden er het liefst volgend jaar weer heen gaan !
Very nice apartment, even more than in the photos! There were 16 of us and we didn't mind given the space available. The living room is very pleasant. The apartment is close to the slopes and ESF lessons as indicated which makes it extremely practical for a family ski holiday.

Accommodation very well equipped for the capacity of people announced. A very good quality / price ratio. Access to Les Menuires and the 3 valleys area is easy for skiers and walkers alike. Quiet and relaxing place away from the noise of the ski area for evenings at the chalet.

Great house, everything was available what we could wish for. Just a few minutes walking to the lifts, apres ski, supermarkets and restaurants. Super friendly staff who can recommend a great amount of apres ski places and restaurants, which were really good.
Communication was slow from time to time, however as I have understood this was because of personal circumstances, which is very understandable.
In short, we had a great time and can greatly recommend this house!
-Arrival time is from 15.00. We expect to be able to enter at 3 pm. We couldn't get in until an hour later. It would be nice if clearer agreements could be made about this. Actually, I think you should be able to enter the house at 1:00 PM. If you have to leave the house at 10.00 (under the conditions without the possibility of delay), then 13.00 must be feasible. -We were a group of 13 people. There are not enough (tea) glasses and (coffee) cups for a group of 12 to 18 people. -On your site it says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 2. -The hot tub isn't working. -A neighbor (permanent resident?) was very unfriendly and not very helpful in finding a place to unload and load our luggage and to park our cars. He commented three times. Although I tried to inquire what the problem was (on arrival we turned out to be standing in front of the underground garage door) and where we could park, the neighbor soon started talking about disrespect and that we should park our cars at the ski lifts a few 100 meters away. By the landlord of the apartment mayIt is best to provide clarity about the parking facilities so that the tenant is prevented from having to deal with angry residents.
-Aankomsttijd is vanaf 15.00. Wij verwachten dat we om 15.00 naar binnen konden. We konden pas een uur later naar binnen. Het zou prettig zijn indien hierover duidelijkere afspraken gemaakt kunnen worden. Eigenlijk vind ik dat je om 13.00 het huis binnen zou moeten kunnen. Als je om 10.00 het huis uit moet (volgens de voorwaarden zonder mogelijkheid tot vertraging), dan moet 13.00 haalbaar zijn.
-We waren met een groep van 13 personen. Er zijn niet voldoende (thee)glazen en (koffie)kopjes voor een groep van 12 tot 18 personen.
-Op jullie site staat dat er 4 badkamers zijn maar er zijn er 2.
-Het bubbelbad werkt niet.
-Een buurman (vaste bewoner?) was zeer onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam bij het vinden van een los en laadplek voor onze bagage en voor het parkeren van onze auto's. Tot driemaal toe had hij commentaar. Hoewel ik probeerde te informeren wat het probleem was (bij aankomst bleken wij te staan voor de deur van de ondergrondse garage) en waar we wel konden parkeren begon de buurman al snel over gebrek aan respect te praten en dat we onze auto's maar moesten parkeren bij de skiliften een paar 100 meter verderop. Door de verhuurder van het appartement mag best duidelijkheid worden gegeven over de parkeerfaciliteiten zodat voorkomen wordt dat de huurder te maken krijgt met boze bewoners.
