We are happy with the recommendation from our friends. This villa has a soul. Both the interior and exterior are very spacious with several ambiances, flower garden, fully equipped kitchen, very clean, grandiose swimming pool. We took advantage of the large barbecue (practical for enjoying grilled food at the same time) There are many restaurants with different specialties on the avenue and on the beachfront. Everything can be done on foot, we will surely return there in summer.

L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont très spacieux avec plusieurs ambiances, jardin fleuries, cuisine super équipée, piscine grandiose très propre. Nous avons profité du grand barbecue (pratique pour savourer les grillades en même temps)
Il y a de nombreux restaurants avec différentes spécialités sur l'avenue et sur le bord de plage. Tout peut se faire à pied, que du bonheur on y reviendra sûrement en été.

Large terrace with open view Close to the sea (you can go there on foot) Close to essential shops (you can also go there on foot): bakery, small supermarket, restaurant, ice cream parlor, and even the train station: convenient for going to Calvi or Ile Rousse Without taking the car, you can take magnificent walks along the coast.

Le frigidaire et le congélateur sont un peu petits pour 9 personnes… La situation est idéale et la terrasse très agréable… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et la propriétaire était à notre écoute pour toutes questions.
The house is very beautiful and well-kept, super suitable for two families like us and the shower outside was an added value. Furthermore, the seafront location and the parking spaces inside the garden are very convenient... highly recommended!!!

What a beautiful house! We were able to spend 3 weeks of summer vacation here and the time flew by. It is in a beautiful location about a 10 minute drive to Rosas. Often there was a nice breeze which made it pleasant to stay. There are all kinds of facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, go-kart track and aqua park. The saltwater swimming pool is also a pleasure. No burning eyes from the chlorine and the temperature was wonderful, always around 28 degrees. There was more than enough kitchen equipment available. In short: definitely recommended to go. The owners are incredibly friendly.
Wat een prachtig huis! We hebben hier 3 weken zomervakantie mogen doorbrengen en de tijd vloog voorbij. Het ligt op een mooie locatie op ongeveer 10min rijden naar Rosas. Vaak een lekker windje waardoor het goed vertoeven was. Er zijn allerlei voorzieningen dichtbij in de buurt zoals supermarkten, kartbaan en aquapark. Tevens is het zoutwater zwembad een genot. Geen brand ogen door het chloor en de temperatuur was heerlijk, altijd zo rond de 28graden. Er was meer dan genoeg keuken apparatuur aanwezig. Kortom: zeker een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk.
Beautiful villa in a quiet location, well equipped, great pool. The view from the terrace is awesome. An accommodation that you will remember fondly. Correspondence with the landlord was very good.
Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage, super ausgestattet, toller Pool. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist genial. Eine Unterkunft an die man gerne zurückdenkt. Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.
We spent a very pleasant week in this villa, the strong point of which is the fantastic view over the entire bay of Agay and the coast to the Gulf of St Tropez. The very well equipped terrace allows you to enjoy a magnificent spectacle at sunset. The owner, extremely responsive, does everything to facilitate the stay of his tenants. We definitely recommend this rental!
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette villa dont le point fort est la vue fantastique sur toute la baie d’Agay et la côte jusqu’au golfe de St Tropez. La terrasse très bien équipée permet de jouir d’un spectacle grandiose au coucher du soleil.
Le propriétaire, extrêmement réactif, fait tout pour faciliter le séjour de ses locataires.
Nous recommandons assurément cette location !
We had a great vacation. Accommodation as advertised (the balcony is good for 4-5 people, we were up to 7 but we can't move once installed. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.
Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. Logement conforme à l'annonce (le balcon est bien pour 4-5 personnes, nous avons été jusqu'à 7 mais nous ne pouvons plus bouger une fois installés. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et arrangeants.
Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.
Il proprietario una persona molto disponibile a modo e gentile.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!
The house is large, well air-conditioned, equipped. The pool is nice and well maintained. The sea and the beach are 15 minutes walk from the rental. The owner is very welcoming and very friendly, available and responsive. We are ready to come back next year.
