We had a wonderful family vacation (10 people and a baby) in this superb spacious villa equipped with quality materials. The outdoor terrace with the pool really top an incredible view. La terrasse extérieure avec la piscine vraiment top une vue incroyable.

All perfect! Raul was very kind. The pool area has a porch, which is not seen in the photos since it is new. That's where we've spent all the time. The house is as it is in the photos, comfortable beds and sofa. It has everything you need. It is 3 minutes by car from some beautiful coves. I would definitely repeat!!

La parte de la piscina tiene un porche , el cual no se ve en las fotos ya que es nuevo. Allí es donde hemos pasado todo el tiempo . La casa es tal cual en las fotos, camas y sofá cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario .
Está a 3 minutos en coche de unas calas preciosas .

Pleasant house on the heights of Roses. We had a great stay in this house where nothing is missing. The children spent long hours in the large swimming pool and we never tire of the beautiful sea view. I recommend this rental.

Unforgettable stay everything was perfect. We were 3 adults 8 children and a baby. The Villa is just beautiful. It is very spacious well appointed ideal for the privacy of families. Mr. Amador the owner is really very kind and very respectful, unlike some people once the money is in their pocket. He gives you all the good plans to do on the spot. We have good memories. Séjour inoubliable tout était parfait. Nous étions 3 adultes 8 enfants et un bébé.
La Villa est juste magnifique. Elle est très spacieuse bien aménagée idéal pour l'intimité des familles.
Monsieur Amador le propriétaire est vraiment d'une grande gentillesse très respectueux très présent contrairement à certains une fois l'argent en poche. Il vous donne tous les bons plans à faire sur place.
Nous gardons de bons souvenirs.
Je recommande à 100% sans hésitation. À refaire d'autant plus il a une deuxième villa juste à côté.

Magnificent location, as advertised, very beautiful beach, cove, owner very pleasant and attentive, not bothered by the train or the highway, everything you need in the house. We will go back there with our eyes closed

It is a perfect villa! Clean, enough space, a lovely swimming pool, everything you should need was in the house and near the center of Roses. We had a great holiday!
The house and the neighborhood are calm and friendly with a large playground for children and teenagers nearby, an impeccable swimming pool and a pleasant garden. The house is well equipped. Only negative point: no air conditioning, in periods of strong heat it is a big lack.
La maison et le quartier sont calmes et sympa avec une grande aire de jeux pour enfant et ado à proximité , piscine impeccable et jardin agréable. La maison est bien équipée. Seul point négatif : pas de climatisation, en période de forte chaleur c’est un gros manque.

Very friendly owner and everything correct with the house with a very well equipped kitchen. The only one but it deals with the sofa / bed, it is very uncomfortable.
Dueño muy amable y todo correcto con la vivienda con cocina muy bien equipada.
El único pero se trata con el sofa/cama, es muy incomoda.

Totally recommendable, Amador (owner), a fantastic and charming attention, worried at all times that we were not missing anything, the big house has all the comforts, it sleeps great, very designed for the safety of the children, it does not lack details , barbecue, great pool, beautiful and quiet area. Seemingly spacious which is very suitable for 8 people, with 2 bathrooms, quite large balcony with sea view, pool and barbecue. All you need for a good holiday. And very nice owner. I recommend.
