This amazing house of 245m2 is on two floors.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen, dining room, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with access to terrace and 2 full bathrooms.
Capacity for 12 people, 10 people in proper beds and 2 more people in mobile folding beds. It has 5 bedrooms in total (2 with double bed and 3 bedrooms with two single beds each). 4 of the bedrooms have access to the terrace with views of the garden and the pool.
There are 4 complete bathrooms, on the first floor, one en suite with hydromassage shower and one with a bathtub, on the ground floor one with a shower and one on the outside that is very practical when you are using the pool.
Separate fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and glass-ceramic hob. At the exit of the kitchen there's a splendid terrace to enjoy meals in summer.

Localisation of vacation rentals
The house is located in Les Tres Cales, a quiet residential area on the Costa Dorada, 150km south of Barcelona. There are several beaches for all tastes. The best known is Sant Jordi, Cala Vidre and Cala Forn, with fine sand and crystal clear waters, showers and bar services. They are blue flag beaches with excellent quality of water and services.
In the village of L'ametlla de mar, which is 3km from the house, you can find all kinds of shops.

Getting there
Via AP-7 highway, take exit 39 - L´Ametlla de mar. On leaving the motorway, take the N-340 to Tarragona and after one kilometer you'll reach the entrance to the complex of houses Les Tres Cales.
From Reus airport, take the A7 free highway to Castellon and travel 35 kilometers to the complex, before reaching the village of l'Ametlla de mar.
From Barcelona airport take the AP-7 toll highway to Tarragona and then to Castellon and continue 150 kilometers, take exit 39 - L´ametlla de mar.
