I stayed at the apartment located in Peschiera del Garda, owned by Laura They Sign.ra from 10/26/2014 for more than a week. We found ourselves quite well, the apartment is equipped with all you need, well furnished and comfortable. The Sign.ra Laura and her husband are always available for anything, kind and above all human. We thank them very much.

Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene, l'appartamento è provvisto di tutto ciò che serve, è ben arredato e comodo. La Sign.ra Laura e il marito sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, gentili e soprattutto umani. Li ringraziamo tantissimo.
Spacious and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, it receives a lot of sun and is equipped with various equipment (beds, chairs, etc.) that allow you to make the most of. The pool is large and the different depth make it ideal for both children and adults. We particularly enjoyed and exploited the large round table on the porch this: many lunches and dinners to 'open, a few steps from the lake. The location is excellent, quiet area, but very close to the beaches and to the countries of the area. Finally, the owners were always friendly and helpful. What do you want ?!
Casa spaziosa e ben curata. Il giardino è splendido, riceve molto sole ed è dotato di varie attrezzature (lettini, sdraio, ecc) che permettono di sfruttarlo al massimo.
La piscina è grande e le diverse profondità la rendono ideale sia per bambini che per adulti.
Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e sfruttato il grande tavolo rotondo presente sotto il porticato: tanti pranzi e cene all' aperto, a pochi passi dal lago.
La location è ottima, zona tranquilla, ma davvero vicina alle spiagge e ai paesi della zona.
Infine, i proprietari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Cosa volere di più?!
We had a great 2 weeks at the villa in Costermano. The house corresponded exactly to the expectations according to the descriptions and pictures on the website. We were very kindly received by the owner Federico Marisa. The pool was a real plus since it is not much beach on Lake Garda. Lake Garda is otherwise doing everything and experience despite the changeable weather we had. All 5 we found this holiday very varied. What we missed, but we knew this in advance, so you should not really complain about: no wifi, only Italian channels on the TV (tip: we had brought a DVD playing figure) and no dishwasher. Everything else top!
We hadden een geweldige 2 weken aan de villa in Costermano. Het huis beantwoordde precies aan de verwachtingen volgens de omschrijvingen en de foto's op de website. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar Federico Marisa. Het zwembad was een echt pluspunt aangezien aan het Gardameer niet zoveel strand is. Aan het Gardameer is voor het overige van alles te doen en te beleven ondanks het wisselvallige weer dat we hadden. Alle 5 vonden we deze vakantie zeer afwisselend. Wat we wel mistte maar dit wisten we vooraf dus moet je er eigenlijk ook niet over zeuren: geen wifi, enkel Italiaanse zenders op de TV (aanrader: we hadden een DVD spelertje meegenomen) en geen afwasmachine. Voor de rest alles top!
Propretaria very friendly and helpful. House in perfect order and equipped with everything necessary for your stay. Very convenient for traveling on foot as it is located close to both the station to the city center. If I go back to Peschiera definitely be staying here again.

Posizione molto comoda anche per spostarsi a piedi dato che si trova vicino sia alla stazione che al centro cittadino.
Se dovessi tornare a Peschiera sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo qui.
I my husband and my daughter 20 months we have been really great in holiday house for 4 pines lady Laura Them. The place is very easy to reach on foot is the center of the lake. The house is well kept, well furnished is spotless and well equipped. All around the building then there is a nice garden. We found ourselves at our ease, there seemed to be at home. Mrs. Laura then is really nice and extremely available. We can not wait to return. Recommend it to everyone.
Io mio marito e la mia bimba di 20 mesi siamo stati davvero benissimo nella casa vacanze ai 4 pini della signora Laura Loro. Il posto è comodissimo per raggiungere anche a piedi sia il centro che il lago. La casa è tenuta benissimo, è ben arredata è pulitissima ed è ben accessoriata. Tutto intorno all'edificio poi c'è un giardino molto curato. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio, ci sembrava di essere a casa. La signora Laura poi è davvero gentile e disponibilissima. Non vediamo l'ora di poterci tornare. La consigliamo a tutti.

The accommodation is fantastic. Lovely hosts, were pending at any time from us. The apartment is ideally located for being very close to the town center and attractions, yet, being a very quiet area.

On only a distance of about 2 kilometres of Italy’s most beautiful lake, you find this great holiday villa. It is easy accessible, located near Costermano and Garda, but however in a very quiet small street. There is a nice restaurant on only 5 min walking, and by car you are very fast in the supermarket of Costermano or at the lake where you can find an abundance of typical Italian restaurants with wonderful views and picturesque streets. The house has a large, well maintained garden which is completely fenced including an automatic gate. There is enough parking space for multiple cars and you can even park one car in the garage. Moreover, there are a lot of sun beds and chairs, and also two covered terraces where it’s nice to sit when it’s too hot in the sun or in the evening with a good glass of wine. You can even find a hammock attached to palm trees! The swimming pool is perfect, with 2 different areas (deep and less deep for children) and with a comfortable temperature. Even late in the evening the pool is ideal to get some refreshment after a hot day. The house consist of two parts: on one hand you have the house with the kitchen, bathroom (toilet and shower), living room (with sleep sofa) and master bedroom and on the other hand you find the garage with second bedroom and another bathroom (toilet and shower). In all the rooms you find window shutters witch make the rooms very dark, perfect for a good sleep and to keep the heat outside. Indeed, even with temperatures of 34° C during the days, we all slept very good at night (there is also a ventilator if you need it). There is certainly nothing to remark concerning the accommodation of the house. Radio’s, flat screen television, a net for playing badminton, towels, pillows for the sun beds in the garden, board games, and of course pots for cooking, dishes, washing machine, etc... in short: everything you need. The owner of the house speaks good English and is very helpful when you need something or when there might be a problem. The region is marvellous, with a lot of possible activities like boat rental, shopping, windsurfing (northern part of the lake in Riva del Garda, Torbole,... where you are in less than one hour by car), visiting the famous city Verona, or you can even go into the mountains where it’s colder and where you have beautiful views of the lake. More southern, there is a theme park “Gardaland” and closer to the house (Lazise) there is “Caneva World” wich is a theme park with only water attractions... great for young and older people during the hot days! What you certainly have to visit is the “Speck Stube” in Malcesine located in the middle of olive trees were you can eat typical dishes of Tirol. In short, you are never bored at Lago di Garda! We rented the house for two weeks and had a good time. We liked it so much that after one week we contacted the owner to book the house already for the summer of 2013... the best evidence that we had a great holiday!
