Newly built villa with garden to rent in Lido Specchiolla, Puglia. It’s on the ground floor and is an independent house with a remarkable outdoor area of about 150 meters, much of which is covered by a beautiful English-style lawn. Thanks to a veranda of about 40 meters, in which there’s an extra-outside shower, you can comfortably have lunch or dinner outside, enjoying the fresh air in the evening
Inside there's a living/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and one more bedroom with two beds. Can sleep 5 people in total, adding one more bed on request.
