Ideally located near several beaches, near St Malo, Dinard, St Briac.

The village is walking distance too, with mini market and bakery. We had a nice holiday. A mini car park next door.

2nd time we rent this house near beaches and it will not be the last.
We were 3 adults and 2 children.
Always ideal, the small outbuilding with shower and toilet to use back bathing.
To rent without hesitation.
Communication with the owner and the cousin on site, perfect. We were very well received.
The area is quiet even if the house is close to the road. The beach in a small "creek " is 5-10 min walk away, no need to bother about the car.

Home great, everything is there. And if you look for something, look under the kitchen sink you will surely find your happiness ?. Thank you perfect vacation.
The small addition that brings a lot: The shower and additional toilet in a space outside the house allow to cool directly back to the beach.
One downside: A nearby fish that prevents enjoy the terrace with a continuous noise.

With a very big delay I inform you that this noise problem that had a faulty ventilation repaired. Dice receiving your comments we have informed the neighbor who has arranged immediately. This breakdown is located behind the building and it was not realized the whistle it was causing.

Avec un très grand retard je vous informe que ce problème de bruit qui venait d'une ventilation défectueuse à été réparé . Dés la réception de votre commentaire nous en avons informé le voisin qui a fait le nécessaire aussitôt . Cette ventilation est située derrière son bâtiment et il ne s'était pas rendu compte du sifflement que cela occasionnait.

very warm welcome, both on arrival, as when we left. Owners very friendly, we recommend renting without any restrictions!

Perfectly maintained home, nice decor, spacious rooms, comfortable kitchen, breakfast outside on the terrace. Super short stay and very nice first glimpse of Britain!
