Description of Apartment 55218

Central And Cheap *A Casa Di Pe'* The Ideal Home For Your Holidays

The apartment "A casa di Pè" offers all our guests the possibility to spend their holiday in a nice house available for 2 people up to 5/6 with 2 comfortable bedrooms. It is in a quiet and bright position on the ground floor of an elegant residence. It has the entrance, 1 bathroom and the kitchen which faces the private garden. The garden is 60 mq and is decorated with banana trees... good to have nice moments of relaxation, after a hard walking day around our Eternal City! THE WHOLE APARTMENT HAS BEEN NEWLY RENOVATED.
Our guests will have the chance to verify that the "A casa di Pè" is VERY WELL SERVED. Thanks to its position, in one of the popular blocks of Rome, it has just in front of the building the supermarket and there's also a laundrette very closed by, a bank and a typical fresh open market where all our guests will have the possibility to enjoy our flavours. There are also good restaurants, ALL NEARBY.
The "A casa di Pè'" is not far from the TRASTEVERE RAILWAY STATION and the "TRAM 8". This last one will allow you to reach the centre in only 15 minutes. Our block is also very close to the famous block of Testaccio, well known for night life (full of bars, pubs and restaurants with roman cuisine).
... But you are not over with surprises... in just a 5 minutes walk there is the public park of VILLA PAMPHILI - "The lung of Rome". It belonged to a baroc roman family, as a matter of fact it is still possible to see some of the villas used by them and the 2 lakes. We suggest you spend some time jogging, walking trough the forest or just getting tanned! It is a good place also for children since the park is equipped with kids areas.
... And then at the end there is me... my name is PINO... I'm the owner! I will be completely at your disposal for any kind of tourist information, suggestion or advise to make your day as pleasant as possible and to enjoy everything of our Eternal City...
Have a nice stay!

Tourist destination

Localisation of vacation rentals

The house "A casa di Pè" is located in Via di Donna Olimpia, a popular street of Monteverde district, whose inhabitants still preserve that behaviour which characterizes the "Roman type", now disappeared from certain areas of the centre and beyond. It 's easy indeed to get into very typical situations or dialogues .
The area is rich with greenery and here there's the largest public park in Rome, Villa Doria Pamphili, from which the house is just over 50 metres away.
In the area there are many important hospitals of Rome, as the Città di Roma or the San Camillo, or the Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital (the apartment is located on the route of bus 870, the only transport that leads to this hospital and leads you there in 10 minutes from the house A casa di Pè), therefore in a strategic position for those who need to stay in Rome for treatment or care at these health facilities.
From the "A casa di Pè" it is easy to access within minutes the city centre and the most famous sights of Rome, St. Peter, Piazza Navona, the Colosseum, through various bus lines or trams, each one with a unique path that will allow simultaneously to explore other tourist locations, such as the romantic terrace of the Gianicolo, on route 870, which enjoys a breathtaking view over the city.
From "A casa di Pè" it is also possible to reach less known and popular tourist sites such as the EUR district, recently affected by major changes, first of all the famous Cloud Fuksas, that will be the new Congress Palace in Rome, or the Rome Aquarium, opening soon.
The location of the apartment, right next to Trastevere Station, makes it even better for those who must travel to the New Fair of Rome, for conferences or exhibitions, located 4 stops away by train FM1.

This text has been machine translated. We had a great time in Rome, Monteverde.
Our 3 children have slept in one room on 3 beds and we have slept in the other room. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There are a lot of small supermarkets and very good restaurants in Monteverde. There is also a large park next to the apartment where you can go to walk or run.
To visit Rome you can take Tram n ° 8 (10 minutes walk to the station and then about 20 minutes to Piazza Venezia).
There is also the bus n ° 44. The bus n ° 870 Gomes to Vatican but there are not many (every 20 to 30 minutes).
Pino was very nice and had a lot of advices on how to visit and how to go there.
Trastevere Station is located in the heart of Trastevere.

This text has been machine translated. The apartment is centrally located and is very easy to reach by public transport and is very quiet for a big city like Rome through the situation in a courtyard. The rooms were appropriately furnished and wonderfully clean. The bathroom is new and very well maintained. The kitchen is well furnished expediently, we even cooked. The garden is a small dream in the heart of Rome! In the morning you can enjoy plenty of rest well with the coffee in a little oasis. Pino is a very attentive owner, who has taken a lot of time, we accurately from a city plan to explain the public transport and tourist attractions or restaurants and recommended. Thank you Pino !!

I was so impressed. I wish that every vacation experience can be as wonderful as this was! From the very start of the process, every email was answered quickly. We were met at the airport by our terrific host, Pino. He was friendly, the apartment was warm and welcoming. Pino explained to us where the nearest stores would be and great restaurants, and where to access public transportation. He even had a bottle of wine, pasta, sauce and a jar of Nutella for us to enjoy. Pino even helped arrange taxi transportation when we needed it. He was always easy to reach by text. The location was excellent. The apartment was perfectly furnished with a full kitchen. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room and seats to lounge around in. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was the best we had in Italy. The neighborhood was residential and we loved that it was not touristy and gave us a taste of living like a true Roman. I am not sure there are enough words to say how much we enjoyed staying here. It was truly perfect and we would return in a heartbeat.

We recommend this apartment! My wife and I stayed in the apartment with my mother-in-law and our son, and we absolutely loved it. Pino is really sweet and helpful, and was in contact with us every day to listen if we needed something, the apartment has everything you need and is more big than the pictures show. 2 bus stops within 4 min. walk from the apartment make it very easy to go enjoy all the sightseeing in Rome, you can also take bus nr. 116 to go around in the old part of Rome (Pino can explain more) I recomment to eat sweets from La Dolceria just around the corner of the apartment, I asked the owner if he could open a store in my neighborhood here in Denmark :-). Across the street of the apartment, is a well supplied supermarket. The next time we visit Rome we will with pleasure stay in Pinos apartment again!!!

This text has been machine translated. We were very pleased with our stay in Rome and especially with our apartment 20 minutes from downtown. Pino, the owner is extremely available for information on tours and Roman restaurants. Also in the apartment we had everything available. A fully equipped kitchen, a well-heated apartment, one bedroom and a living room in a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. We are in love with Rome and delighted with our location. You can go for it. Let us, however, the possibility of return.

The apartment was clean and cosy, providing anything you might need for your stay from numerous extra pillows and blankets to an impressive collection of kitchen tools. It isn't exactly in the center of the city, but it is easily reachable by public transport or on foot. In the neighborhood you can find lots of small restaurants and shops. Pino is the best host you can imagine, from the beginning of planning your trip to the very end of it. Firstly, he answers emails rather quickly, which is not what you get from every host in Italy. He also provided us with useful materials on public transport, restaurants and places to visit before we even got there. When we arrived in Rome, he greeted us with some local food and wine and even more suggestions for having a great time. After that, he was constantly interested in how we're doing and ready to help with everything. We had the best time in Rome and a lot of it is thanks to him. We'll definitely recommend this apartment to all of our friends and if possible, visit it again ourselves.

Once we were there, he pointed out interesting spots Further, recommended restaurants and gelaterias. Thank you Pino, it was a wonderful stay! This text has been machine translated.A year-end in a very pleasant family home in Pine. The house is spacious, clean, quiet, in an area outside of the tourists. Within walking distance there are all the shops for shopping and several restaurants.
That great park of Villa Doria Pamphili, almost in front of the house, made the pleasure of children.
To reach the historic center, Pine does not fail to give all the necessary instructions, just follow them ...
Thanks to Pino for its hospitality.

This text has been machine translated. This is a nice apartment, in a quiet residential area. There is one master room (double bed) and a leaving room That You Can turn into a second bedroom (So THAT adds two bunk beds and a double). We were on a family trip and this place was clean and just perfect. Since we had a stroller, we did not try the metro, but it was very easy to get to all major sites by bus, Within 15min.

Just in front of the complex, there is a supermarket open until 8PM Mon-Sat. We also found a good restaurant just next door: The Pimpaccia. It is always full so the food is fresh and very tasty. The staffs were very friendly. There Is Also a bakery nearby where you will find delicious Italian pastries!

But the best thing about this apartment is the owner Himself. Joseph was always available and the gave us a lot of useful info. He made us feel very welcome and help make our stay very comfortable.
Hope you'll have a nice stay!

Staying at Casa di hosted Foot was a very pleasant experience for our first visit to Rome. We were a group of 4 people - one double and two adults - and the house met all our requirements. Privacy, space for cooking and dining, comfortable beds and ... washing machine. Since we were coming from a longer journey by other parts of Europe, the laundry was that there was more in our luggage and let's face it ... Rome in late July just makes us sweat! We loved the amenities of home, the kitchen was equipped qb, had towels for all guests in the bathroom and even a hairdryer that every woman needs! Our meals took place mostly in the courtyard of the apartment has lots of privacy and is pretty cool on summer days In the apartment there is wireless connection which afforded us plan some visits during our stay through the smartphone.
Mr. Pino welcomed us in a very friendly manner and has spared as to explain to us how to move in the city and not to be missed during our stay. In the apartment there are several maps where Mr. Pino notes on everythingwe need, including suggestions for good and affordable meals! Also made us a tour of the apartments, showing how to use all equipment and safety measures. On leaving Mr. Pino was also keen to know our feedback as a way to always improve the reception to new guests and this interest is now only 5 stars!
In front of the apartment complex there is a Carrefour supermarket - not the cheapest, but taking into account the cost of living in Rome, is acceptable - and, at the entrance of the complex has a greengrocer. We did shop here for our daily needs: freshly baked Italian bread, mozzarella cheese and all. It also has about 20 meters on the left, a good Italian restaurant - pizzas and pastas - at attractive prices (we used to take away because we were look terrible after a day in the city!) And even has a hair salon and aesthetic center for any emergency :)
At the beginning of the street is from the left side, the stop of the bus 870. In an instant we reached Janiculum - sight not to be missed - after the Vatican. Ends along the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main avenues of the city.Leaving towards right next to the apartment, has the number 44 bus. This happens in Trastevere, Porta Portese and ends in Piazza Venezia, the tourist center of town (where the foot comes to the Roman ruins, musei capitolini and in the opposite direction, Via del Corso and its center of commerce). Both allow you to get the key points of the city, but the 44 is more frequent than the 870. Both tracks are no more than 20 minutes - at least in the summer when there is less traffic.
For a budget stay in Rome, there's no better in relation quality-price-location-friendliness! We want to go back there as soon as possible! Thanks Pino, for everything!
