Restful apartment with beautiful view of the gulf paradise for climbers and nature lovers
The apartment has been completely renovated with electrical and water system to meet today's standards. Equipped with wifi h24 since this year, it has also been equipped with an AIR CONDITIONING inverter (hot/cold).
It has a large veranda to the east furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, with a splendid view of the gulf; in particular you can see the extreme southern tip: "Goloritzè", a well-known emerald-bottomed beach and a climbers' paradise for its 144-meter monolith, which can be reached by boat or from one of the inland villages.
To the west there is another small veranda with a wooden canopy and a view of the mountain, where you can take advantage of the warm afternoon sun until sunset.
In the small garden beyond the outdoor shower there is a barbecue for tasty grills.
All the apartment facilities are brand new, from the bathroom also complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine, to the kitchen, to the outdoor shower. New beds, wooden slatted bed frames and very comfortable mattresses plus carefully selected furnishings, from the curtains to the upholstery and easy-cleaning furniture.
In the brand new kitchen there is a cooktop, stove, and sink; there is also a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a ventilated oven, and all the cooking utensils you need to be able to cook independently at home.
In the bathroom hot and cold water is available all day, as well as in the outdoor shower.
Very bright, it is located in a quiet area of the small village of Cala Gonone, away from the crowds but still close to the sea which is about 400 meters away and surrounded by free parking all around.

Our house is located in Cala Gonone seaside resort in the center of a fascinating coast that is renowned for the diversity of landscapes and the high cliffs, together with the turquoise of the water, the beautiful seabed, and the small white finely polished pebbles that characterize the most beautiful beaches in the south reachable by car, by sea or by long walks surrounded by totally unspoiled nature with the colors of the sea and the scents of the Mediterranean stretching for miles.
