This apartment is in a fantastic location, just one road back from the snow front/ski schools, right in the middle of the old town, yet lovely and quiet. There is a decent shop a few metres away. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The owner was very friendly, lending us some toys for our young children. We definitely recommend!
Great chalet, well located with magnificent views all round. Well-equipped (though sheets and towels are not provided (which is usual in France but not in other countries - should be mentioned in listing)). We managed fine without a car and used both the skibus and the local chair-lifts at le Chozal to access the extensive ski slopes at les Saisies and neighbouring resorts (l'Espace Diamant). Well-run village with good local amenities and a very pleasant "welcome drink" at the "Salle Ducis" on arrival. And we had plenty of snow, good weather and marvellous walks as well as skiing.

This apartment was well-located in Morzine and we had a wonderful stay. All was in working order except the wireless internet which seemed to have a problem every evening. Luckily we did not need it for many things. The proximity was perfect. The bedrooms were sufficient for five to stay; if you have small children. We found the lack of a sitting room may be an issue if it is a group of adults. Parking place was a great bonus and again proximity to shops and pistes. We would recommend this place as well as look for its availability if we needed it.
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
I spent two weeks in this house and loved my stay! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, but the best of all is its location: it is directly on the water and only 15 minutes walk from downtown Saint Omer. It was very convenient, and very very quiet, and the possibility of going out with the boat and navigate the waterways freely is just fantastic. It's a beautiful place which was really worth discovering for me. The owners of the property were also extremely nice and welcoming.
Spacious well appointed flat. Lovely position with view of 'port de plaisance'. Easy access to excellent food and wine shops plus restaurants.
Perhaps a larger tv in such a large sitting room?
We Thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this lovely cottage! Monsieur Lauweriere is the perfect host. Monsieur Lauweriere and his family showed us around the property when we arrived and made sure we were happy before they left. I have my own boat so were able to use a dinghy which was there when ever we wanted which was Great and allowed us to explore the area. Monsieur Lauweriere gave us a vey pleasent tour of the waterways around Le Marais Audomarois. It is a beautiful area, much like the Norfolk Broads in the UK, but in my opinion much better! There is lots to do, St. Omer is a lovely place to visit, easy parking in the lower end of the town (free!). Lille is around an hour away and i would recommend going there too.
The cottage is at the end of a lane right next to the waterways, which are full of wildlife, swans, ducks, cuckoo's herrons and much more. The cottage is laid out on two floors, the ground floor being tiled You enter through a lovely and light and airy kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker and all the plates etc and cutlery you'll need. The living room is equiped with an arm chair, sofa bed, tv with satellite and cable. The bathroom has a lovely shower, vanity unit and has a washing machine, there is a separate toilet.
Upstairs via steep stairs there are two good sized bedrooms with view across fields to St. Omer. The beds are comfortable and provided with duvets pillows and extra blankets if needed, there is a tv in one of them.
Whether you will be staying for a weekend break, or longer and visiting more of the area, this would be the perfect place to stay. Being only an hour away from the port of Calais and the Tunnel makes this a Great choice. The road from Callais is a breeze, i would recomend the Toll Road which only costs a couple of euros. Though we did go back to Calais on the non toll road which allows you to see more of the gorgeous french country side!
Summing up, i would recommend, and indeed have done to friends and family, staying in this lovely cottage! Monsieur Lauweriere really was a great host, we shared a couple of beers in the garden there and although my french is lacking, as is his english we will be keeping in touch and will Definately be staying there again.
A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.
A great opportunity to experience the real isola d'Elba.
Our stay here exceeded our expectations, in part thanks to the graciousness of our hosts who thought of everything and were very welcoming. The apartment is furnished beautifully and the view from the deck is magnificent. This was a wonderful place to unwind, but with easy access to places such as Annecy and Chamonix if desired.
Perfectly located apartment in the very heart of the city, 10 min of lazy walk to LesArcs funiculaire, even less is the way to the train station. The nearest supermarket (Liddl) is in 2 blocks.
The owner as well as his partner are very friendly and meet our requirements in the most acceptable way.
The apartment is big enough for up to 8 people (I'd say, 2 singles + 3 couples) well equipped, with a basement room for skis.
The only disavantage is lack of internet on-site, free wi-fi is in the hotel's bar across the street, though.
Taking into account that the skipass includes funiculaire, this apartment looks like the best option one could select.
The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.
9 of us came over for a holiday and to go to FIB. We couldn't of asked for better weather. The Villa was so spacious and housed us all comfortably. The help from the renter was above and beyond and I would recommend this villa to everyone, from family's to friends as there is so much space. It is a short drive from shops and a very short walk away from some great restaurants and bars. The pool is rigth at the back door and if you love the sun there is plenty to be had in the sun terraces at the front and back of the property. Alcossebre is a beautiful place and getting there from Reus is so easy if you get a transfer (orca services are great!). We slept so well in the villa as it was so peaceful. We will defiantly go back again for a holiday there as it was so much more than we had expected. All the facilities in the house made life so much easier and it is great value for money. All 9 of us came home knowing that we would go back and rent this villa again.
We had a great time at this well located 2 bedroom apartment on the beach. The owner's mother, who checked us in, is lovely, and made us feel very welcome, despite our modeest capabilities in the French language. If you have small children the apartment. is ideal: there are 2 playgrounds within a 2-3 minute walk of the front door and the owner has stocked a good number of toys at the apartment itself.
Basic amenities are also only a 2-3 minute walk, and the town's main area (along the canal) is about a 15 minute walk, meaning it is close enough to go anytime you want, but you are far enough away that the apartment is not at all noisy. One thing I would recommend to English speaking renters: a small English-French dictionary would be helpful for getting the most out of the oven, which is a Whirlpool JetChef (a multi function oven - much more than a convection oven-microwave combo that we are used to in North America). It's not rocket science, but there are a LOT of cooking method options with some specialized cooking terminology in the manual, which is only in French.
We spent very good time in your flat
It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

We had a great stay in this house. It fully conforms to the announcement and better. A very responsive welcome and exchange with the owners and the person in contact on site. A haven of peace and zenitude. Close to all shops, leave your car and enjoy a nice walk or bike ride. I highly recommend and the price is well justified.
