DESCRIPTION:
The apartments we offer are located in the same building, with independent entrances and outdoor spaces, in Pescoluse (Marina) in Via Giambattista Vico (corner of Via della Tortorella), 250 mt. from the beach (via the road that leads straight to the beach) and town (near all services and conveniences). The sandy beach is 250 meters away (on foot). The center has a large square at 300 meters.
First floor apartment accessed from the covered private stairway that leads to the apartment on the first floor and goes up again to the terrace above the apartment. The apartment has a large bright and airy living-dining room (over 30 square meters) with two sofa beds (one double bed, the other single), bathroom with shower, bedroom with three single beds (on request double and a single bed), balconies and ceiling fans in all rooms. On the apartment's seaview terrace of 70 sqm there is a canopy of about 25 sqm. Table and chairs for outdoor meals, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue and two sun loungers.
