The brand new MERCURIO holiday home, just built and entirely located on the ground floor, is the result of a meticulous renovation of a large outbuilding in the villa.
The large dimensions of the annex have allowed the creation of comfortable and pleasant interior spaces for living.
Particular attention has also been given to the creation of the external spaces belonging to the house, focusing on the privacy of the guests.
The MERCURIO holiday house has:
- spacious kitchen living room with sofa bed and direct view on the veranda;
- veranda for exclusive use with attached outdoor shower in masonry with hot water, barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for eating outdoors or for a pleasant relaxation;
- an air-conditioned double bedroom with a single bed
- complete bathroom;
- hallway with washing machine;
Guests have access to a large wooded garden with lawn equipped with deck chairs and solarium areas to enjoy a wonderful relaxation surrounded by greenery and silence.

The annex is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area of Avola, adjacent to the prestigious Viale Lido, close to the main beaches both free and private Lido di Avola and at the same time close to the historic center of the city famous for its natural and architectural beauties and an excellent reference point for discovering all the places of beautiful South Eastern Sicily.

Getting there
Avola can be reached by car, taking the A18 Me-Ct-Sr motorway or the A19 Pa-Ct-Sr Avola exit; go along Via Siracusa until the Eni refueling, turn left and go along the Viale, turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele Orlando and then immediately right onto Via La Marmora.
It is also well connected by bus to the international airport of Catania "Fontanarossa" which is about 70 km from the city.
