Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and gave us a lot of information about the area.
The house is a few steps from the free beach.
I recommend this location for its proximity to Noto and Syracuse and to explore the entire coast and the various beaches.

The property, house and pool were well maintained, clean and beautiful. The beach was in about 2-3 minutes to reach. We only had to go over about 100 meters of stones before the sandy beach began.
The traffic connection was very good (about 1km to the highway) and enough shops (about 3 km) were available.
100 EUR final cleaning was added to the basic price.
We would love to come back!

Great and pleasant pool for a dive just back from the beaches that in this area really are not lacking.
Absolute security sensation given by the presence of cameras, internal parking with personal remote control.
Villa equipped with every comfort, absolutely to recommend!

A lovely comfortable cottage in a large area within 100 m from a beautiful small beach.
The owners live in the same property and are discreet.
The only regret is the pool! It is large but certainly not totally privatized (shared with the owner) and especially its random interview (the pool pump was not working the second week which involved a water stagnation that has become a bit murky)

The owners are absolutely lovely, very discreet but always willing to help when needed and have even booked very touching surprises for the children, thank you very much to them.
The pool is just magical (and very large!), With everything you need as chairs, mattresses, garden furniture, we stocked each day with no one ever coming disturb our tranquility.
This paradise is in addition to 100m from the beach .... what more?

All rooms in the villa were clean. The decor is very beautiful and practical. Everything is in excellent condition.
The garden is very large. The pool is huge and cleaned daily. The house is very quiet and feels safe at all times. The owner's family lives nearby. Gentille and always very discreet.
We can recommend this villa to anyone.
