The only lack is the dishwasher (today fundamental)
It is very close to the center for the evening walk (3 / 5min walk) and close to the sea. In 8min of walk you arrive at the beginning of the "La Cinta" beach.
There is a lot of parking inside the village (at night the parking is closed)

The owner is a serious and helpful person.
The apartment is a bit 'small, but has everything you need in a holiday home.
Nice terrace, where you see a beautiful olive tree.
The apartment is also equipped with a set of bins for separate waste collection, very well organized.
Actually is 5 minutes from downtown San Teodoro and 7 minutes from La Cinta beach.
The residence of Olives is a complex made up of tree-lined streets, well maintained and several cars in designated parking areas.

In short, we loved it and the hostess is always made available for the reception and anything else.
In short, can not disappoint you!
We were very well received, we had good advice to visit the surrounding beaches, good restaurants in San Teodoro and markets ... San Teodoro us much, we will not hesitate to return. Alice thank you for the rental of the apartment.
Being provided with bicycles, we could walk to the center of San Teodoro in less than 5 minutes, while the Cinta beach we walked the walk in about 15 minutes.
The pictures featured on this site actually correspond to reality.
The apartment is in a village with trees and shaded parking with a large garden with olive trees, olive trees and olenadri the center, which is well looked after by the caretaker.
Perhaps the presence of the latter makes this quiet and safe enough.
The village also features a tennis court and outdoor showers.
The morning sun lights up the comfortable covered terrace, on which you can eat, and later you can enjoy the coolness of the evening. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and the kitchen has everything you need. Also the bed with 4 drawers side is comfortable.
The only two things I recommend are: the shower in the bathroom is a bit 'small but doing a little' attention is not likely to bump (possiblycan comfortably use the outdoor showers near the tennis courts) and the two rooms is a little 'warm during the night because the walls release the heat accumulated during the day but the blades on the ceiling of the bedroom and the kitchen may be sufficient.
We, at this one bedroom apartment, we had a really nice holiday!
