The apartment is comfortable and has a double bed and 2 single beds (for those with small children there is also an additional cot). There is enough for the stay of 4 people (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a medium-sized frying pan and steel pots).
There is reserved parking space.
The beaches of Budoni or Ottiolu can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are 5 minutes from the house (MD and Eurospin for example).
There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 fans with floor brackets useful for the hottest days (in reality they are only needed on days with heat peaks on some days).
Martino is a very helpful person and explained everything to us as soon as we arrived (right from the first contacts via the website and by telephone, as well as on site).

Nothing is missing and it is equipped with everything, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board (no air conditioning but it is never served because it is always ventilated). Mr. Martino was always helpful and kind, also advising us on restaurants where to eat. The sea is only 3/4 minutes away by car (Porto Ottiolu) but other beaches are also easily and quickly reachable.
I recommend this location and I hope to be able to return.
It is complete with everything, nothing is missing.
Mr. Martino is an exquisite, attentive and very kind person.
It has proved very helpful and present. To appreciate his courtesy and understanding!
Super note: it was very pleasant to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace with such a wonderful landscape.
I highly recommend it and if I have the opportunity we will certainly return guests of Mr. Martino.

The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all (..and even more) than you need to spend a great stay. The size of the apartment was more than adequate for our needs since we were only three, two adults and a child, but you can stay comfortably in four / five people without pain thanks to the outdoor spaces livable and well exploited. Recommended for families with small children for the good level of peace and security of the facility. We were in the apartment with a veranda overlooking the garden, where if you want you can spend moments of good soaking up the sun, even if we personally have not taken advantage of this because we did ten days at the beach all day. ;)
The outdoor patio is great for a meal and enjoy a great view, we had no particular problems with themosquitoes because we were equipped with stoves and various repellents, in the end it is utopian to think that in September, there is something they can be, as in any other seaside resorts.
The location is strategic to visit easily and without too long journeys from the Costa Smeralda to the entire north-east coast of Sardinia to the Gulf of Orosei, but also beyond. Obviously it is essential the availability of means to move and to reach the many beautiful beaches, coves and bays in the area, and more generally over the whole island. I highly recommend renting to motorcyclists as the hotel is situated in an excellent starting point to reach paths very beautiful and fun to end up into a sea that has nothing to envy to the rest of the world.
I highly recommend the hotel for the kindness, sympathy and the full availability of the owners, especially Mr. Martino, who I thank and to which I send a cordial greeting.
If back in the area or had to send a friend or relative does not hesitate to recommend or choose the same with your eyes closedaccommodation.

The house enjoys a splendid view and is equipped with all the amenities.
The only drawback is the mosquitoes, but we are better equipped to ...
I would recommend to put the nets to make more clean nights !!
However we would happily return!

To get to the house there is a nice uphill climb but worth it, the sea view is gorgeous!
From the veranda, the view is fantastic.
The only downside is the steep climb to get to the house, but if you go by car, there are no problems.
This home would especially recommend for those who love tranquility and beautiful views.
Owners very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for the guest of their home.
The country Ludduì is a small village in the municipality of Budoni place at about 150/170 meters above sea level, a wonderful, peaceful place, a couple of miles from the beach and a good starting point to visit other beaches in the area.
We strongly recommend that the house is the location.
The apartment has everything, washing machine iron and hair dryer included.
To get there you have to make a salitina a bit 'duretta but the view from the terrace all worthwhile. It 'sa bit far from the beach (a small hamlet in the hills), but if you are looking for tranquility and want a super view is the right apartment, because you have to turn in Sardinia for the beaches and the machine is crucial, and the Ludduì village is in a strategic position halfway between the Emerald Coast and Orosei.
The announcement reflects everything there. Highly recommended!
