The Apartment is situated on the first floor of the Panorama Residence. The location is very quiet and the flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, 2 bathrooms, a big living room with double sofa bed. This apartment also offers 2 well-equipped porches for an outdoor living. At only about 150m there is a beautiful Baia Caddinas beach. At about 400/500m you will find the market, the bookstall, restaurants, pizzeria and ice cream shops.
The apartment can easily be reached from the Airport of Olbia, Harbor of Olbia or Port of Golfo Aranci and its geographic context is ideal not only because from us it is easy to reach, on foot or in a couple of minutes of a car journey, the most beautiful Gallura beaches, but also because our residence is only 1,5 km away from the town centre where Pharmacy, Bank and handicraft shops are at your disposal.

The apartment is very close to the beautiful Bay Caddinas beach, a white sandy beach encircled by granite rocks. It is an ideal place especially for children. Furthermore at about 200m there is a market, bookstall, pizzeria-restaurant, ice cream shops and a tobacconist.
Other shops and restaurants you can find them at 400m, and if you love scuba diving the centre is at 300m, you can also rent a boat for excursions to the island of Figarolo or Tavolara
