Nice apartment in the middle of Salento, 70 meters from the sea, in Torre San Giovanni on the Jonic coast between Gallipoli-S.M. Leuca
Our home is located in the middle of Salento, in Torre San Giovanni, Marine of Ugento, on the Jonic coast halfway between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. It is just 70 meters from the sea (low reef at sea level) and only 950 meters from the first beach with bathing establishments. It is located in a strategic position, so you can reach all the most famous and beautiful beaches or towns in Salento in just a few minutes.
The house, called " Yellow", is as follows:
- Living room with new furniture, TV, table with 6 chairs, double sofa-bed.
- Kitchen with utensils and crockery for 6 people;
- Bathroom with shower;
- Double bedroom
- Bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed,
- Sleeping area with air conditioning, washing machine, closet for cleaning materials, non-consumables;
- Outdoor area protected by walls and sturdy gates, decorated with garden furniture (table with 6 chairs, parasol, barbecue). The balcony with seaview is fantastic for enjoying breakfast in the morning or sunset dinners.
All windows are protected by mosquito nets.

The sea is right in front of our house, just 70 meters walking distance from the house, near low cliffs. The house is situated in a strategic location as it is only 950 meters from the beach of sand, with adjoining bathhouse.
Within 500 meters there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias and places to walk.

From Brindisi airport or Bari airport, you continue by car on Highway SS Brindisi- Lecce. Before arriving at Lecce, take the tangenziale ovest, Exit 13 -B Gallipoli, S.M. di Leuca and go straight on for about 55 km until exit Ugento -Torre San Giovanni
In T.S. Giovanni, continue along the C.so Annibale, 326. You are near my house.
