Our house is located in the heart of the village in a quiet area and close to all the shops as well as all the facilities of'access to FAST lanes for the visits of the historic and tourist sites throughout the Normandy. We offer you an independent apartment on the ground floor of our house with complete privacy from the owners, formerly the pharmacy of our village. We are located 8km from the center of Caen, 6km from the exhibition park.
Equipped for 4 people, independent kitchen, dining room, lounge with sofa-bed 140x200 with mattress of good quality, TV LCD, DVD player, radio,mini hifi CD, washing machine, library, games of society, internet wifi, Cpl, storage compartments.
Bedroom with a double bed of 160x200 (new bedding 2016), cabinet with wardrobe. Washroom with a large shower and washbasin, 2nd toilet, separate WC.
Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, closed parking with automatic portal. The sea is 20km by fast track. Many tourist sites are located within a radius of 50km, including the landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Caen, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint Michel, Etretat, Suisse Normande, amusement park, zoo, forest, all activities of swimming, recreation, museums and cultural etc.
