The stay was very pleasant. Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The very pleasant little terrace allowed us to have breakfasts in the sun. :) Thank you again to the warm welcome of the person who received us and to the kindness of the owner.

The apartment is functional and fully equipped, nothing is missing, and the icing on the cake, beaches and the Promenade des Anglais 100 meters away, this quiet apartment has the advantages of the city without the drawbacks. Appartement dans résidence calme et sécurisée(portillon d'entrée avec badge), très propre, superbement situé, il est proche de toutes commodités.
L'appartement est fonctionnel et suréquipé il ne manque rien , et cerise sur le gâteau, plages et promenade des anglais à 100 mètres, cet appartement au calme a les avantages de la ville sans les inconvénients.

The beach and the sea are in front of the apartment, very practical for morning or night swimming. Nearby, all amenities, without the nuisance: Flower Market, multitude of restaurants, town center 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The car park provided by the owner for a supplement is a real plus in this very touristy area. The booking was very easy as was the communication. WI-FI of excellent quality. I recommend this rental. Excellent base for discovering Nice and its region. Definitely we will be back !!!

The stay in the apartment was very nice. The apartment was well maintained and the kitchen well equipped. The view of the city and the sea was very nice and the landlady was very accommodating. Every 20 minutes a bus goes to the station, but only until 8 o'clock in the evening.
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer war sehr schön un die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Bus zum Bahnhof, allerdings nur bis 8 Uhr abends.

I spent a really nice week with my two sons in this apartment very well located, 300m from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Quiet neighborhood and a terrace overlooking trees and a vegetable garden, where it is good to read or rest. Accommodation independent of that of the owners very nice. Tramway, shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.
J'ai passé une semaine vraiment agréable avec mes deux fils dans cet appartement très bien situé, à 300m de la Promenade des Anglais et de la plage. Quartier calme et une terrasse qui donne sur des arbres et un potager, où il fait bon bouquiner ou se reposer. Logement indépendant de celui des propriétaires très sympas. Tramway, commerces à proximité.
On a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that have been described to me in advance. The apartment is located a step away from the beach, the shops and supermarkets needed are very close as well as the bus stop where you can drive around Nice and even the surroundings.

Excellent location with wonderful views of the Bay of Angels. Can be a bit noisy but the room is the opposite. Very good comfort with all the equipment. Nothing to say, can be air conditioning ...
