The stay in the apartment was very nice. The apartment was well maintained and the kitchen well equipped. The view of the city and the sea was very nice and the landlady was very accommodating. Every 20 minutes a bus goes to the station, but only until 8 o'clock in the evening.
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer war sehr schön un die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend. Alle 20 Minuten fährt ein Bus zum Bahnhof, allerdings nur bis 8 Uhr abends.

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that have been described to me in advance. The apartment is located a step away from the beach, the shops and supermarkets needed are very close as well as the bus stop where you can drive around Nice and even the surroundings.

Small studio very nice and comfortable, clean and very well arranged, 200 m from the beach. The price is very reasonable and I am really satisfied with this rental.

The house I saw on the site was not suitable for a family of 4 so the owner recommended another solution. We really enjoyed it because the apartment, despite its small size, has all the necessary comforts: recently renovated it has air conditioning, bathroom with shower, washing machine, clothes rack, cooker and a delightful terrace with a nice view to eat in tranquility. Being located on the seventh floor is quiet so at night you sleep very well. The aspect we most loved was the location: a few meters from the sea, in a convenient and central area close to useful services such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery. Within a quarter of an hour, you reach Place Massena, Nice old town and the station. We felt really on vacation not to use the car for two weeks and to move and visit new beaches like Villefranche or Beaulieu, we took the train. The owner, Claudio, has always been very helpful, kind and attentive to any need. We had great holidays, so I highly recommend this apartment for the great value for money.
La casa che ho visto sul sito non era adatta ad una famiglia di 4 persone perciò il proprietario mi ha consigliato un'altra soluzione. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene perché l'appartamento, nonostante sia piccolo, ha tutti i comfort necessari: recentemente ristrutturato è dotato di aria condizionata, bagno con doccia, lavatrice, stendibiancheria, fornetto e un delizioso terrazzino con una bella vista per mangiare in tranquillità. Essendo ubicato al settimo piano è silenzioso quindi di notte si dorme benissimo. L'aspetto che più ci è piaciuto è stata la posizione: a pochi metri dal mare, in una zona comoda e centrale vicina ai servizi utili come supermercato, farmacia, panificio. In un quarto d'ora si raggiunge Place Massena, la vecchia Nizza e la stazione. Ci siamo sentiti proprio in vacanza a non utilizzare l'auto per due settimane e per spostarci e visitare nuove spiagge come Villefranche o Beaulieu, abbiamo usufruito del treno. Il proprietario, Claudio, è sempre stato molto disponibile, gentile e attento a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Abbiamo trascorso delle magnifiche vacanze, quindi consiglio vivamente questo appartamento anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Es war eine sehr gute gelegene Wohnung in einer sehr ruhige Gegend. Der Blick jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen, einfach ein Traum war. Sehr viel Glück hatten wir mit dem Wetter in Dezember. Die Küche ist sehr gut und wir ausgestattet konnten prima schöne Fischgerichte machen. Wir waren zu 4 da. Wir alle in einem Zimmer müssten schlafen aber es war eine Woche für ok. Wir haben some super erholt (Sinn der Sache, wenn man Urlaub hat) und haben auch selbstverständlich wunderschöne Ausflüge gemacht. Im ganzen, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und sehr gerne wieder würden diese schöne Wohnung mieten. Sehr guter Preisleistungsverhältnis. Schertel Familie aus Berlin

Owner nice, welcoming, quiet and comfortable apartment complies with photos, south facing ground floor with a terrace overlooking a garden, parking, easy access to highway and downtown. Azur bus line close to town without a car and also to visit this beautiful region. Stay enjoyable.

Good communication with public transport especially with the line 23 to the airport. Excellent. Close to the beach and supermarkets, ideal for children. We have requested the receipts and we have provided everything is trusted. Back for the upcoming holiday.

We had a really nice time in this apartment, its main advantage to be close to the pedestrian street, the seaside and the beaches. The main shopping street is approximately 15 minutes walk. The old town is around 20-30 minutes walk.
The neighbourhood is safe, with several cafes and shops around, including supermarkets and bakeries.
The apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. It is comfortable for 2 person, very cosy, consist a small balcony.
The owner was very helpful and organised, indeed trustworthy.
Considering all the above it is highly recommended.
