We had a good holiday in a pleasant house to live with the family. Welcoming owner with some Breton delicacies and tourist booklets. Everything is ready to feel good. There is everything on site: dishwasher, washing machine, beds made, beautiful spaces both inside and outside... The only downside: the shower heads would need to be changed... I recommend this nice rental in a quiet area and close to all amenities.

Tout est prêt pour se sentir bien. Il y a tout sur place : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, lits faits, de beaux espaces aussi bien dedans que dehors...
Le seul bémol : les pommeaux de douches seraient à changer...

We just returned from 2 weeks to 15 people (3 families of 6 adults and 9 teenagers 15 to 20 years). Villa ideal for a large group where everyone could have a room with its own bathroom + WC + TV, a large dining room (with the possibility to eat outside) and a huge sofa. Kitchen and equipment suitable for the preparation of meals for 15 people (great dishwasher!). A very warm welcome from the owner and a beautiful region well worth the trip from the Savoy! The sun was even in the game. We recommend this property, the owners have good, no problem. "15 Friends Savoyards! "
Nous venons de passer 2 semaines à 15 personnes (3 familles de 6 adultes et 9 adolescents de 15 à 20 ans). Villa idéale pour un grand groupe où chacun a pu disposer de sa chambre avec sa salle de bain+ WC+ TV, d'une grande salle à manger (avec la possibilité de manger dehors) et d'un immense canapé. Cuisine et matériel adaptés pour la confection de repas pour 15 personnes (lave-vaisselle génial!). Un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et une région magnifique valent bien le déplacement depuis la Savoie! Le soleil était même de la partie. Nous conseillons cette location, que les propriétaires entretiennent bien, sans problème.

Second year of rental. I like the cozy atmosphere. Functional. Beautiful view of the bay of Morlaix. By cons the small garden is abandoned, it's a shame. Well then it would be nice to lower the price a bit for a single person. But I'll come back. Very nice home.
Deuxième année de location. J'aime l'ambiance cosy. Fonctionnel. Superbe vue sur la baie de Morlaix. Par contre le petit jardin est délaissé, c'est dommage. Bon et puis ce serait bien de baisser un peu le prix pour une personne seule. Mais je reviendrais. Très bon accueil.

Location facing the sea, beautiful view 2 minutes from the beach Térénez. Small very functional housing. Difficult parking but not recommended without a car. Some inconveniences no heating or hot water for 2 days.
Situation face à la mer, vue magnifique 2mn de la plage de Térénez. Petit logement très fonctionnel. Difficulté du stationnement mais pas conseillé sans voiture. Quelques désagréments pas de chauffage ni eau chaude pendant 2 jours.

Pour ma part j'y retourne en 2018 et je l'ai déjà conseillé à plusieurs de mes collègues (je travaille dans le transport routier international).

Very nice house with great views. We were 3 persons. I slept on the sofa which I actually did not feel so comfortable. And the cupboards are well need replacing. Not dirty, but not that difficult to keep clean, it was bare wood which you saw every circle or spot. But instead there was even a dishwasher and washing machine. For the rest, a nice little house with all amenities. We would definitely go back. Books also went very easy, though I found it a bit scary to book right region at the owner but everything went perfectly and Mr. Fred Eric is incredibly friendly
Heel mooi huisje met prachtig uitzicht. We waren met 3 personen. Ik sliep op de slaapbank die ik overigens niet zo comfortabel vond. En de keukenkastjes zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Niet vies, dat niet maar moeilijk om schoon te houden, het was kaal hout waardoor je elke kring of plekje zag. Maar daarentegen zat er zelfs een afwasmachine en wasmachine in. Voor de rest, een leuk klein huisje voorzien van alle gemakken. We zouden hier zeker naar teruggaan. Boeken ging ook heel makkelijk, al vond ik het wel een beetje eng om rechtsstreek bij de eigenaar te boeken maar alles is perfect verlopen en Mr Frederics is ontzettend vriendelijk

Location plus que fonctionnelle car en plus d'un aménagement pratique et très bien conçu, il y a également une machine à laver, lave vaisselle, vaisselle, cafetière.... Propreté irréprochable, situation idéale avec vue sur la mer des fenêtres et de la terrasse !!! Le descriptif était conforme ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix !
House everything in order, with plenty of room in the interior and exterior. Ideal for holidays with kids! For those who enjoy holidays in a quiet environment. Very close to the sea (by car), you can choose one of many sandy beaches. Especially that of Vinezella (Guimac) is very pretty!

Nice rental with a beautiful throw from the sea which makes the happiness of our children environment. One note: a lack of cleanliness, but we were delighted with our weekend.
