I have tried to give you the maximum information about our apartment through these photos. Please click on the pictures to enlarge them for better viewing.
Quiet, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere, semi detached, with all comfort and facilities, very spacious (100m2).
Le Camellia is situated in the centre of Flic en Flac. A straight road of about 190 meters or a 2-minute walk will take you directly to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island, and also to the centre of Flic en Flac. The apartment is very secure (high wall in front and high wall and fencing at the back). Two guards working around the clock.
The apartment is semi detached, and has two air-conditioned rooms. The master bedroom has an adjoining toilet and bathroom. There is also a bathroom and a common toilet. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped - microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine. A dinner table for 6, a spacious lounge and also a sofa bed. TV, DVD, and DTTV. No internet provided but there is an internet cafe only 5 mins away on foot. At the back there is a terrace that is ideal also for bbqs or an evening drink. We also have a barbeque grill and a baby bed that we can bring only on request.
Normally in Mauritius, 90% of the seaside apartments have a ground plus one. AnjuVilla (Le Camellia) is on the ground floor so it is ideal for all ages. Also ideal for parents with children because they can play safely. In front of the complex there is a pleasant common swimming pool and private parking.
All linen, towels, and sheets are provided.
Overall cleaning will be done free once per week. During the week you can use the washing machine if you have dirty linen or garments.
AnjuVilla (Le Camellia) is a self catering apartment but if you do not wish to cook there are a lot of restaurants on the main road. If ever you want to have a cook Anju can arrange one. There are also some tourist shops, motorcycle, bicycle and car rental agencies, discos, supermarkets, and if ever you want to take a bus to go to Port Louis, Quatre Bornes or Curepipe, the bus stop is on the corner of the main road.

As I work in Flic en Flac, I am in Flic en Flac on working days and I try my best to give my customers as much assistance as possible. I always try to give that little extra, compared to other owners. The price will also be the best, given the level and quality of the apartment.
