We spent 25 days at Fernando's with great pleasure. Fernando was very kind and always available for any questions we could ask. We separated like longtime friends. We hope to come back another time. Note: There is no sandy beach nearby and access to the sea is a bit difficult for children. There are 4 apartments in Fernando's family home.

Location molto tranquilla e affascinante. Il sig. Fernando, il proprietario, ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, seguendoci per tutto il periodo di vacanza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura con cui gestisce il luogo, e la bontà del servizio. In casa non manca nulla e i bellissimi terrazzi allietano il soggiorno degli ospiti. Paesaggi fantastici e mare bellissimo. Speriamo di tornarci.
We stayed with pleasure at the studio made available by Mr. Fernando. The structure consists of four apartments; the studio consists of a triple room with attached bathroom and a closed veranda. Everything in order and clean, functional in every detail also for the presence of lockers, shelves, etc; available as necessary to live everyday life. The two outdoor showers and the two washing machines are very useful. Very nice terrace overlooking the sea (equipped with barbecue, hotplates, small pantry) where families can meet for a chat. Also on the terrace solarium area with shower. A few meters away you can appreciate and enjoy a sea with crystal clear waters. In the village there is a mini-market for basic necessities, while a few kilometers there are supermarkets and shopping centers. Marina di Novaglie is a small village where you can relax, spend your holidays, suitable for families. It is also a strategic point to reach the various cities of Salento. The added value is Mr. Fernando with his availability, courtesy, generosity, always ready tosatisfy the requests of their guests. Highly recommended!
Abbiamo alloggiato con piacere presso il monolocale messo a disposizione dal Sig. Fernando.
La struttura risulta composta da quattro appartamenti; il monolocale consiste in una camera tripla con bagno annesso ed una veranda chiusa. Tutto in ordine e pulito, funzionale in ogni dettaglio anche per la presenza di armadietti, mensole, etc; disponibile quanto necessario per vivere la quotidianità.
Utilissime le due docce esterne e le due lavatrici.
Molto bella la terrazza vista mare (attrezzata con barbecue, piastre cottura, piccola dispensa) dove le famiglie possono ritrovarsi per scambiare due chiacchiere. Sempre in terrazza zona solarium con doccia.
A pochi metri si può apprezzare e godere di un mare con acque cristalline.
In paese disponibile un mini-market per i beni di prima necessità, mentre a pochi km presenza di supermercati e centri commerciali.
Marina di Novaglie risulta un piccolo borgo dove è possibile rilassarsi, trascorrere le vacanze, adatto per famiglie. Inoltre risulta un punto strategico per poter raggiungere le varie città del Salento.
Il valore aggiunto è il Sig Fernando con la sua disponibilità, cortesia, generosità, sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei propri ospiti.

If we are here to write is because unfortunately we came home and we left that corner of paradise which is Marina di Novaglie! A village far from the tourist chaos surrounded by a clear, fresh, inviting sea, a strategic point for moving towards the Adriatic and Ionian coasts (about 10 minutes by car from S. Maria di Leuca). We stayed from 04 to 18 August, at the apartment "GIALLO ", a three-room apartment also suitable for 6-7 people, furnished with taste and equipped with every need, where cleanliness reigned in every corner. Chicca of the apartment: the independent terrace in front, equipped with gazebo and sitting area with sea view (50 m as the crow flies). moreover, to cover the whole building the terrace / solarium (available to all), 1/2 covered and 1/2 uncovered, equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sunbeds and even a shower, has made us the stage evening to have dinner and converse with other guests until late at night. On the terrace / solarium we rediscovered the taste of the grilled do-it-yourself kitchen thanks to the gas barbecue available to customers taking advantage of a series of aromas (chives, basil,parsley, etc.) carefully treated. But what made the difference was the great cordiality and spontaneous attention of Fernando, owner of the property, which with his constant presence was always ready to advise and assist us if we had some difficulty, in addition to cheer up the evenings, pampering with local traditional ice cream and fresh figs !!! Ah ... how we will miss his chats !!! What can I say ... just thank you so much for everything because corners of paradise we can find many others, but sincere people, genuine and authentic as Fernando .... will be rare to meet again Hello, a big hug. Se siamo qui a scrivere è perché purtroppo siamo rientrati a casa e abbiamo lasciato quell'angolo di paradiso quale è Marina di Novaglie ! Un borgo lontano dal caos turistico circondato da un mare limpido, fresco, invitante, punto strategico per spostamenti verso le coste adriatiche e ioniche (10 minuti circa in auto da S.Maria di Leuca).
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 04 al 18 agosto, presso l' appartamento "GIALLO" , un trilocale adattabile anche per 6-7 persone, arredato con gusto e fornito di ogni necessità, dove la pulizia regnava in ogni angolo.
Chicca dell'appartamento: il terrazzo indipendente antistante , fornito di gazebo e salottino con vista sul mare (50 m. in linea d'aria). inoltre, a copertura di tutto l'immobile il terrazzo/solarium (a disposizione di tutti), 1/2 coperto e 1/2 scoperto, attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, lettini e addirittura una doccia, ci ha fatto da palcoscenico la sera per cenare e conversare con gli altri ospiti fino a notte inoltrata.
Sul terrazzo/solarium abbiamo riscoperto il gusto della cucina alla griglia fai-da-te grazie al barbecue a gas a disposizione dei clienti usufruendo di una serie di aromi (erba cipollina, basilico, prezzemolo, ecc.) attentamente curati.
Ma quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata la grande cordialità e spontanea attenzione di Fernando, proprietario dell'immobile, che con la sua presenza costante è stato sempre pronto a consigliarci e assisterci qualora avessimo avuto qualche difficoltà, oltre a rallegrarci le serate, coccolandoci con gelato tradizionale locale e fichi freschi !!! Ah ... quanto ci mancheranno le sue chiacchierate !!!
Che dire ... solo grazie di cuore per tutto quanto perché angoli di paradiso ne potremo trovare tanti altri, ma persone sincere, genuine e autentiche come Fernando .... saranno rare da rincontrare

Marina di Novaglie is a quiet and pleasant place. If you are the most friendly Fernando in the area, then everything is even better. The apartment is new and very nice, but the details make the difference: the terrace overlooking the sea with the barbecue available; the outdoor showers, the washing machine available. Thanks to the advice of the Patron it is easy to visit interesting places and very beautiful locations. A very nice holiday in Salento.
Marina di Novaglie è un posto tranquillo e piacevole. Se poi sei "ospite" del Fernando più cordiale della zona, allora tutto è ancora più bello. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto curato, ma sono i particolari a fare la differenza: la terrazza vista mare con il barbecue a disposizione; le docce all'aperto, la lavatrice a disposizione. Grazie ai consigli del Patron è facile visitare posti interessanti e location molto belle. Una vacanza in Salento molto bella.
What about ... we would have seen beautiful places, we already knew, having already been in Salento a few years ago. But the most beautiful surprise was finding an apartment perfectly in line with the expectations suggested by the images found in the ad! What a great thing, I would say. Our accommodation was nice, neat and clean. Large terrace with sea view of relevance, air conditioning, kitchen with television, night room, double bedroom + two drawer beds (tv also in the room), comfortable bathroom with shower. The external environment has two washing machines, an outdoor sink and two masonry showers that perfectly replace the internal one (we have never used the internal shower at the apartment). But the icing on the cake is the terrace overlooking all the apartments: spacious enough to accommodate all tenants, breathtaking sea view (the sea is, in line d`aria, 50 meters), shaded, with tables / chairs , two sinks, gas barbecue (we use it for grilled fish or meat, almost daily) and adjacent solarium with four beds. All this, managed by two really special people: Fernando andLucia. Two people who, thanks to their spontaneous and natural attention and attention to the location but above all to the needs of the guests, have made our stay even more pleasant and memorable; thank you very much, even Giulia and Elisa greet you so much and certainly ... goodbye. Highly recommended. Peaceful and charming fishing village, strategic for shifts towards the coasts, both Adriatic and Ionian. We stayed with two girls aged 10 and 6.
Che dire...che avremmo visto posti stupendi, già lo sapevamo, essendo già stati nel Salento qualche anno fa. Ma la sorpresa più bella è stata trovare un appartamento perfettamente in linea con le aspettative suggerite dalle immagini trovate nell'annuncio! Cosa non da poco, direi. Il nostro alloggio era curato, ordinato e pulitissimo. Grande terrazza vista mare di pertinenza, aria condizionata, cucina abitabile con televisione, stanzetta notte, camera matrimoniale + due letti a cassetto (tv anche in camera), bagno confortevole con doccia. L`ambiente esterno presenta due lavatrici, un lavabo da esterno e due docce in muratura che sostituiscono perfettamente quella interna (non abbiamo mai usato la doccia interna all'appartamento).
Però la ciliegina sulla torta è la terrazza sovrastante tutti gli appartamenti: spaziosa a tal punto da poter ospitare tutti gli inquilini, vista mare mozzafiato (il mare è, in linea d`aria, a 50 metri), ombreggiata, dotata di tavoli/sedie, due lavandini, barbecue a gas (da noi utilizzatissimo per grigliate di pesce o carne, quasi quotidiane) e adiacente solarium con quattro lettini. Tutto questo, gestito da due persone davvero speciali: Fernando e Lucia. Due persone che, grazie alla loro spontanea e naturale attenzione e cura alla location ma soprattutto alle esigenze degli ospiti, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole e indimenticabile; grazie davvero di cuore, anche Giulia ed Elisa vi salutano tanto e sicuramente...arrivederci.

I would begin to talk about the location, a small fishing village overlooking the sea near Corsano a few kilometers from Leuca, with a small port among the rocks. Few shops, a single but good restaurant, some boat for tourists and lots of nature! The sea is crystal clear and even if you just dive into the water you are about 3-5 m from the seabed, you can see perfectly all the fauna and flora typical of Salento. For those who do not like the chaos of the big tourist centers, but want a little 'relaxation this is the right place. I was with my wife and 6 year old son and we really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is small but very cozy and livable in 3 people, thanks to the large common terrace that offers an enchanting view of the sea. The owner Fernando and his wife Lucia are 2 beautiful people, very present and attentive to every little detail of the house. They really thought of everything, 3 outdoor heated showers, a second kitchen with barbecue on the covered terrace, comfortable clothes racks, a sink to clean diving equipment and fish, 2 washing machines and many small precautions that I had never found ina holiday home. Fernando's evening party was almost constant, but never intrusive, often he also brought products from his garden to be shared among the guests. In conclusion this is the right place to spend a quiet holiday with children, crowned by the hospitality of the owners of good food and all the Salento!
Comincerei a parlare della location, un piccolo borgo di pescatori affacciato sul mare vicino a Corsano a pochi chilometri da Leuca, con un piccolo porticciolo tra gli scogli.
Poche botteghe, un unico ma buon ristorante, qualche imbarcazione per i turisti e tanta natura!
Il mare è cristallino e anche se appena ci si tuffa in acqua ci si trova a circa 3-5 m dal fondale, si riesce a vedere perfettamente tutta la fauna e la flora tipica del salento.
Per chi non ama il caos dei grandi centri turistici, ma vuole un po' di relax questo è il posto giusto.
Sono stato con mia moglie e il figlio di 6 anni e ci siamo davvero divertiti.
L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto accogliente e ben vivibile in 3 persone, anche grazie all'ampia terrazza comune che offre un'incantevole vista sul mare.
Il proprietario Fernando e la moglie Lucia sono 2 splendide persone, molto presenti e attente ad ogni piccolo dettaglio della casa.
Hanno davvero pensato a tutto, 3 docce esterne riscaldate, una seconda cucina con barbecue sul terrazzo coperto, stendini comodi, un lavello per pulire attrezzature sub e pesci, 2 lavatrici e tanti piccoli accorgimenti che non avevo mai trovato in una casa vacanze.
La compagnia serale di Fernando era quasi costante, ma mai invadente, spesso portava anche prodotti del suo orto da condividere tra gli ospiti.
In conclusione questo é il posto giusto per passare una tranquilla vacanza anche con bambini, coronata dall'ospitalità dei proprietari di casa dal buon cibo e da tutti i salentini!
We stayed in the trilocale with terrace with 2 5 year old girls and 20 months for 2 weeks we had a great time. We visited every morning a new beach that by car reaches in no time. The house enjoys all the comforts and then what about Mr. Fernando was really sweet and always present when he needed it. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. I can only recommend it. Noi siamo stati nel trilocale con terrazza con 2 bimbe di 5 anni e 20 mesi per 2 settimane siamo stati benissimo. Noi abbiamo visitato ogni mattina una nuova spiaggia che con la macchina si raggiunge in poco tempo. La casa gode di tutti i comfort e poi che dire del Sig. Fernando è stato veramente dolcissimo e sempre presente quando serviva. Grazie veramente per questa esperienza bellissima. Lo posso solo consigliare. Saluti da tutti
A great stay in a lovely place. We stayed overnight in this wonderful resort for a week. We were greeted by Mr. Fernando a delicious person. He did us by Cicero recommending places to visit, restaurants where to eat great cuisine at reasonable prices and tasted his great figs of india. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and there is absolutely nothing missing (we even found the comfortable pose ashes beach). What more to say, if you want to relax in a spectacular seafront location and to know a helpful and friendly person this is the ideal place. Very helpful and returning.
Un soggiorno fantastico in un luogo incantevole. Abbiamo pernottato in questa meravigliosa località per una settimana. Siamo stati accolti dal sig. Fernando una persona squisita. Ci ha fatto da Cicerone consigliandoci luoghi da visitare, ristoranti dove poter mangiare ottima cucina a prezzi ragionevoli e fatto assaggiare i suoi ottimi fichi d'india. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e non manca assolutamente nulla (abbiamo perfino trovato i comodi posa ceneri da spiaggia). Che dire di più, se volete rilassarvi in un posto dal mare spettacolare e conoscere una persona disponibile e gentile questo è il luogo ideale. Consigliatissimo e da ritornarci.

Marina di Novaglie, un paesino sul mare veramente meraviglioso pieno di persone cordiali e simpatiche.
Casa bella e curata in una posizione strategica. Accesso al mare a mt. 50 dall'abitazione con scogli dai quali ci si può anche tuffare, vicini anche al porticciolo dove si può acquistare il pesce la mattina presto.

The structure is even better than the images of the site. Mr. Fernando an exquisite, helpful and present person. The attention to the structural details and the accessories available make the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to the sea which is just a few steps away and is very suggestive for both the panorama that you enjoy from the terrace. The place is quiet and very quiet both during day and night.
La struttura è ancora meglio che dalle immagini del sito. Il sig. Fernando una persona squisita, disponibile e presente. L'attenzione ai dettagli strutturali e negli accessori a disposizione rendono il soggiorno molto confortevole. La posizione è ottimale sia per l accesso al mare che si trova a pochi passi ed è molto suggestivo sia per il panorama che si gode dal terrazzo. Il luogo è silenzioso e molto tranquillo sia durante il giorno sia di notte.
We spent two beautiful weeks, hoping they would never end up. All very nice and well looked after, the terraces are superb, with a beautiful view on the marina of Novaglie, an area rich in natural beauty where you can enjoy some wonderful days. Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane, speravamo non finissero mai. Tutto molto bello e curato, le terrazze sono superlative, con una vista bellissima sulla marina di Novaglie, una zona ricca di bellezze naturali dove vivere delle splendide giornate. Fernando, il proprietario, una persona squisita, in grado di gestire la struttura con grande cura e senza lasciare nulla al caso. Ritorneremo!!!
We were three weeks total (2 adults and 2 children) in 2 different accommodation and in both cases the apartments were cleaned, in perfect condition, there were all the appliances and kitchenware and both apartments were cared for with taste in detail. The view from the apartments gave us a wonderful glimpse of the sea, a cove rock feature at 40 meters from home made very comfortable holiday, and the wonderful beaches of Salento, 15 minutes drive. We also had dinner every night in a different festival enjoying the local flavors. All just a few kilometers from home. We want to thank Mr. Fernando for his availability and excellent hospitality and friendliness. We brought home a fond memory of Salento and its people.
Siamo stati 3 settimane complessive ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini ) in 2 alloggi diversi ed in entrambi i casi gli appartamenti erano puliti, in perfetto stato di manutenzione, erano presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici e le stoviglie necessarie ed entrambi gli appartamenti erano curati con gusto nei minimi particolari.
La vista dagli appartamenti ci regalava uno scorcio di mare meraviglioso, una caletta di roccia caratteristica a 40 metri da casa ha reso la vacanza molto comoda, e le meravigliose spiagge del Salento a 15 minuti di auto.
Inoltre abbiamo cenato ogni sera in una sagra diversa gustando i sapori locali. Il tutto a pochi km da casa. Vogliamo ringraziare il sig. Fernando per la sua disponibilità e ottima accoglienza e simpatia. Ci siamo portati a casa un caro ricordo del Salento e della sua gente.

Siamo di nuovo in Puglia! 2 sono i motivi che ci hanno spinto a tornare: l'ospitalita' di Fernando e il posto meraviglioso! Ragazzi questa è la Puglia! L'appartamento a 50 mt dal mare, puoi anche andare senza preparare tutto l'occorrente.... il costume e la maschera per vedere un fondale meraviglioso e al ritorno la doccia esterna che puoi usare liberamente senza dover sporcare all'interno dell'appartamento! 2 anni fa abbiamo riportato un gattino che si chiama Salentino... questa volta non abbiamo riportato nulla ma nel cuore rimarrà sempre l'ospitalità impagabile e la meraviglia dei luoghi da visitare. Bisogna sempre tenere presente che il contatto umano è alla base di ogni rapporto e posso confermare che Fernando ha fatto sentire noi e gli altri inquilini (per quello che ho visto e sentito) degli ospiti ben graditi... di questi tempi è una rarità!!!
