Old House sits on a hill 650 meters above sea level, overlooking a breathtaking view, and is surrounded by an area rich in history, culture and natural beauty. It is 1 km from the village of Penna San Giovanni. You can walk or mountain bike along the different paths.

Villa of 220 sqm: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, large lounge, bar area, cellar storeroom, large living area with kitchen, living room, storeroom. Luxuriously furnished with traditional furniture.
