It consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom, bedroom, bathroom and large space in front with table and chairs for dining outdoors.

Located 150 meters from the sea, 2 minutes walk from a lovely and comfortable cove of fine sand and about 800 meters from the most beautiful beaches (Blue Flag and Green) including the famous Salento Maldives.

It is at the center of all basic amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, harbor (which make pleasant boat trip to the caves of Santa Maria di Leuca, fishing, or diving in our beautiful rich seabed).

Always a few steps from the house, almost opposite, we find the waterfront flagship of the Navy equipped with extended services area for evening events that follow one another numerous during the summer season and games of all kinds for children.

Airports: The closest airport is Brindisi airport, with daily flights to the airports of Rome, Milan and other major Italian and European cities. From the airport, to reach Lecce, you use the shuttle service, which goes to the city center. From here continue to Torre Vado by car or local trains

Motorway: coming from the north, take the A14 and exit at Bari North, then take the motorway Bari - Brindisi - Lecce - Gallipoli, Ugento, Leuca and exit at Torre Vado.
