If you love Puglia, but don't want to be in the chaos, this house is perfect, it is located in a strategic position both for those who like to stay put and for those who want to travel around Salento. The owners are delightful people, always ready to give directions and welcome your every need with open arms! There were two of us with a little dog, who between the garden surrounded by greenery and the long beaches of soft sand was undecided about what to do every day! We stayed for two weeks, where we regenerated!
Se cercate relax e pace questa casa è l’ideale. Casa ben curata, molto pulita con un balcone vista mare stupendo. Se amate la Puglia, ma non stando nel caos questa casa è perfetta, si trova in una posizione strategica sia per chi gradisce stare fermo, sia per chi vuole girare il Salento. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre pronti a dare indicazioni e accogliere ogni vostra esigenza a braccia aperte! Noi eravamo in due con una cagnolina, che tra il giardino immerso nel verde e le lunghe spiaggie di sabbia soffice era indecisa su cosa fare ogni giorno! Noi siamo stati due settimane, dove ci siamo rigenerati!

Beautiful house, clean and comfortable, with two spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a well-kept garden. The house is very close to the sandy beach, where we went directly in our bathing suit. A holiday spent in serenity !! Thanks to Mr. Vincenzo and his mother for the welcome and hospitality. Villa Lecce in Torre Rinalda will remain in our memory for a long time.
Bellissima casa, pulita e confortevole, dotata di due terazzi spaziosi vista mare e un giardino ben curato.La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia, dove andavamo direttamente in costume da bagno.Una vacanza trascorsa in serenità!!Ringrazio signor Vincenzo e sua madre per l'accoglienza e ospitalità. Villa Lecce a Torre Rinalda ci rimarrà a lungo in memoria.

We stayed 3 weeks in this house (upstairs apartment) and were fully satisfied. The house corresponds exactly to what is described and, unlike many other accommodations we have stayed in in the past, you can see concretely the attention and attention to detail by the owner. About the latter (Vincenzo) and his mother (Maria), I want to spend a few words to thank them publicly for the availability and courtesy they have shown since the first minute we contacted them. People of heart, always ready to meet any of our needs and who gave us useful advice on places to see in the surrounding area. Last but not least, I underline the extreme cleanliness with which the house was delivered to us (which is absolutely not obvious!). We will definitely be back!
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 settimane in questa casa (appartamento al piano superiore) e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. La casa corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto e, a differenza di tanti altri alloggi in cui siamo stati in passato, si vede concretamente l'attenzione e la cura per i particolari da parte del proprietario. A proposito di quest'ultimo (Vincenzo) e della sua mamma (Maria), voglio spendere due parole per ringraziarli pubblicamente della disponibilità e cortesia che hanno dimostrato sin dal primo minuto che li abbiamo contattati. Persone di cuore, sempre pronte a venire incontro a qualsiasi ns esigenza e che ci hanno dato consigli utili sui posti da vedere nei dintorni. Non ultimo sottolineo l'estrema pulizia con la quale la casa ci è stata consegnata (cosa assolutamente non scontata!). Ci torneremo sicuramente!

The house fully corresponds to what is described on the site. Both the internal and external spaces are kept very well (clean and tidy) and can be exploited to the fullest. The location is truly strategic: a few steps from the beach and a few kilometers from many very significant and famous destinations in Salento. The terrace on the upper floor is very beautiful and offers a splendid sea view. The owners are very good and always available, ready to intervene promptly for any eventuality.
La casa corrisponde pienamente a quanto descritto sul sito. Sia gli spazi interni, sia quelli esterni sono tenuti molto bene (puliti e ordinati) e possono essere sfruttati al meglio. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi km da tante mete molto significative e famose del Salento. Molto bella la terrazza al piano superiore di cui si gode un spendida vista mare. I porporietari sono molto getili e sempre disponibili, pronti a intervenire tempestivamente per qualsiasi evenienza.
Had a great vacation. The apartment, in addition to having all the comforts for a beach holiday, is located in a quiet area but a stone's throw from the Salento nightlife. A special mention for Vincenzo, the host, welcomed us with a basket of figs and greeted us with a bottle of his oil!
Passato una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento, oltre ad avere tutti i comfort per una vacanza al mare, è situato in zona tranquilla ma a due passi dalla movida salentina. Una menzione particolare per Vincenzo, il padrone di casa, ci ha accolto con cesto di fichi e ci ha salutato con una bottiglia del suo olio!

The house located in our layout was perfectly suited to the description: large, neat, clean and really comfortable. The property is located a few steps from a beautiful free beach which was (congratulations to the Authorities!) Clean, safe and tidy. A very suitable place for families who want a clean sea and tranquility. A thought to the owner, Mr. Vincenzo and his mother, Mrs. Maria. Very kind, caring, hospitable and never intrusive people, always attentive to the needs and requirements of their guests. We sincerely thank Vincenzo and Maria for the very pleasant stay offered to us.
L'abitazione posta a ns. disposizione è risultata perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione: ampia, curata, pulita e veramente comodissima. L'immobile è ubicato a pochi passi da una bella spiaggia libera che è risultata ( complimenti alle Autorita'!) pulita, sicura ed ordinata. Un luogo adattissimo a famiglie che desiderano un mare pulito e tranquillità. Un pensiero al proprietario, signor Vincenzo e alla madre, signora Maria. Persone gentilissime, premurose, ospitali e mai invadenti, sempre attente alle esigenze ed ai bisogni dei propri ospiti. We spent some wonderful holidays in Salento staying on the top floor of Vincenzo's villa, a stone's throw from the sea. Vincenzo with his hospitality and availability really made us feel at home, allowing us to enjoy the holidays in total serenity. He made his home, the spaces, the countless services and small precautions that are not for everyone available to us. The house is very tidy, spacious, well maintained and very clean. An outdoor shower, covered parking space within the surrounding walls and a beautiful terrace with a swing with sea view were very popular elements. The location is ideal as a starting point for visiting the countless wonders of Salento.

L'ubicazione è ideale come punto di partenza per visitare le innumerevoli meraviglie del Salento.

Mr. Salvatore is a great person who made us feel right at home. Near Palma di Montechiaro there is so much to see with beaches of Agrigento next to about 20mins and Mollarella going towards Licata. To discover Cala del Paradiso, Cala del Re. The house is on 3 floors with enough space for 8 people. Air conditioning for the summer and a well stocked kitchen with everything. A garage for the car and a washing machine that works well. In all we were satisfied. Thank you Mr. Salvatore for everything. See you soon !!

Vicino Palma di Montechiaro c'è tanto da vedere con spiagge di Agrigento accanto circa 20mins e Mollarella andando verso Licata. Per scoprire Cala del Paradiso, Cala del Re. La casa e' a 3 piani con abbastanza spazio per 8 persone. Aria condizionata per l'estate e una cucina ben fornita con tutto. Un garage per l'automobile e una lavatrice che funziona bene. In tutto siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Grazie Sig. Salvatore per tutto. Alla prossima!!
