The residence is halfway between the fishing village of Cap Malheureux and Grand Baie, the seaside resort with its shops and restaurants.

Leaving the Residence, on the right at about fifty meters is the Hotel Coin De Mire, a 3* hotel where you can have lunch, dinner or just have a drink at very interesting prices, while enjoying their theme nights.
