We were bitter people, two adults two children and it was perfect. Exactly like in the pictures... only the fridge has been renewed in the meantime and a washing machine was added. Yes, air conditioning would be nice.... but there is a fan. Very nice area and everything can be reached quickly on foot.
Wir waren bitter Personen, zwei Erwachsene zwei Kinder und es war perfekt. Genau wie auf den Bildern... nur der Kühlschrank wurde zwischenzeitlich erneuert und es kam eine Waschmaschine hinzu. Ja, eine Klimaanlage wäre schön.... aber es gibt einen Ventilator. Sehr schöne Gegend und alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Located a stone's throw from the sea, very convenient to get there on foot for us with two girls. Mrs. Cristina at the very kind welcome like Mr. Donato for the agreements. We will definitely be back.
Appartamento confortevole con tutto il necessario per un gradevole soggiorno. Situato a due passi dal mare comodissimo da arrivarci a piedi per noi con due bambine. Signora Cristina all accoglienza gentilissima come il signor Donato per gli accordi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
My husband and I have visited this property two years in a row now and will definitely go back next year as well. This place is super inviting from the moment you walk in. The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The garden is lovely and the area around offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. The pool is perfect. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were always answered right away. Our host Ezia is wonderful and warm hearted and she gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home right away. This place offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We can only recommend it, you can not get enough of it. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-) Thank you!
Excellent area, close to the sea and the center. For bicycle enthusiasts there is a cycle path that is the envy of all of Italy and beyond. Great for families and seniors lots of relaxation and beautiful sea. For the youngest there is Sanremo which can be reached by bus and is only 12 km away.
Ottima zona, vicina al mare e al centro. Per gli appassionati della bicicletta c’è una pista ciclabile da fare invidia a tutta Italia e non solo. Ottimo per famiglie e anziani tanto relax e mare stupendo. Per i più giovani c’è Sanremo raggiungibile in pullman dista solo 12 km.
We spent a wonderful week in this house, pampered and spoiled by Mrs. Valeria who often gave us products from her son's garden, a quiet place, not far from the beaches, with a beautiful terrace where you can have meals surrounded by greenery ... absolutely recommended for those seeking relaxation..
Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa settimana in questa casa, coccolati e viziati dalla signora Valeria che ci elargiva spesso dei prodotti dell'orto del figlio,posto tranquillo, poco lontano dalle spiagge, con una bellissima terrazza dove consumare i pasti immersi nel verde... assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca relax..
I spent a truly fulfilling weekend. The location was comfortable and relaxing, Mrs. Ezia was very welcoming and helpful. A small Eden of vegetation and perfumes. You can even avoid going down to the sea as the structure offers from the swimming pool, to the solarium to the open spaces that satisfy every need. In any case, for those wishing to stroll, the center can be quickly reached via shortcuts that allow you to discover incredible glimpses of Sanremo. In addition, three loving dogs kept me company that I was sincerely sorry to leave, but that I will definitely meet again because I will soon be back for a longer holiday. I add that I had breakfast on the solarium and. in addition to admiring the splendid panorama, I enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice from Ezia's garden. Definitely recommend!!!!!!
Ho trascorso un week end veramente appagante. La location era confortevole e rilassante, la Signora Ezia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. Un piccolo Eden di vegetazione e profumi.
Si può addirittura evitare di scendere al mare in quanto la struttura offre dalla piscina, al solarium agli spazi aperti che soddisfano ogni esigenza. In ogni caso per chi volesse passeggiare, il centro è velocemente raggiungibile attraverso scorciatoie che permettono di scoprire scorci di Sanremo incredibili. Inoltre, mi hanno fatto compagnia tre amorevoli cani che sinceramente mi è dispiaciuto lasciare, ma che ritroverò sicuramente perché presto tornerò per una vacanza più lunga. Aggiungo che facevo colazione sul solarium e. oltre ad ammirare lo splendido panorama, mi gustavo le spremute di arance e limoni dell'orto di Ezia. Sicuramente lo consiglio!!!!!!
We rent this apartment on a regular basis during the summer period. the house is in a splendid position with access from a pedestrian alley in a very quiet area. The strong points are the huge and exquisitely furnished terrace and the owner Mrs. Valeria who with her kindness and availability makes you feel at home.

Very pleasant location in a quiet setting in a natural setting between sea and countryside which benefits from all the amenities. The bungalow is very well equipped with a breathtaking view with very benevolent owners towards their guests as well as their canine companion and this in all discretion, which greatly contributes to the success of the stay and we thank them for it.
Location très agréable au calme dans un écrin de nature entre mer et campagne qui bénéficie de toutes les commodités. Le bungalow est très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable avec des propriétaires très bienveillant auprès de leurs hôtes ainsi que de leur compagnon canin et cela en toute discrétion, ce qui participe grandement à la réussite du séjour et on les en remercie.
We were more than satisfied with the very well equipped apartment. In the kitchen there was everything you needed, including a washing machine and iron. The garden with a large pool and several seating areas is simply fantastic, the view of the sea is terrific. Even as a disabled person, I got along very well with the apartment and garden. Ezia was very friendly and always approachable and helpful for us. Sir was always at our side with advice and action. We would come back anytime.
Wir waren mit der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mehr als zufrieden. ln der Küche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte,auch Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Der Garten mit großem Pool und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten einfach Phantastisch, der Ausblick auf das Meer grandios. Auch als gehbehinderter kam ich mit Wohnung und Garten sehr gut zurecht.
Ezia war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sir stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Hello, I have rented this apartment several times, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, which is easily accessible on foot along the seaside. Top location for calm. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue cet appartement à l'écart de l'agitation du centre ville qui reste facilement accessible à pieds en longeant le bord de mer. Localisation top pour le calme.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Ospedeletti. The apartment is spacious, sensibly designed, very bright, clean and has everything you need: from gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to iron and patio furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for activities of all kinds, be it going to the beach, exploring Aquadolce or Nice by car or cycling on the new cycle route - 25 km in one direction via San Remo to San Lorenzo. The apartment is on a very busy and therefore extremely noisy street, but we tolerated the noise with the very beautiful direct panoramic view of the sea. The terrace of the apartment was our living room and dining room: it is large, has a sitting area and a dining area. You can enjoy the coffee or the meal with the wide, glittering view of the blue. The landlady and her mom are great, very reliable and very nice. All arrangements went very quickly and easily, such as late arrival or departure. We got several good tips about the area from the landlady, including information about a small family-run restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, where we thenHave often fetched food and enjoyed many original Ligurian meals on the beautiful terrace. Last but not least: you can park your car very easily on the street near the apartment, we were always able to find a good parking space. And we were allowed to use a small lockable room in the building for our e-bikes. Conclusion: highly recommended, we will be back ...
In dieser Wohnung in Ospedeletti haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sinnvoll geschnitten, sehr hell, sauber und hat alles was man braucht: von Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine über Bügeleisen bis Terrassenmöbel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Unternehmungen aller Art, sei es zum Strand gehen, mit dem Auto Aquadolce oder Nizza erkunden oder auf der neuen Fahrradstrecke Fahrrad fahren - 25 km in einer Richtung über San Remo bis San Lorenzo. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen und somit extrem lauten Straße, aber bei dem sehr schönem direkten Panoramablick aufs Meer haben wir den Lärm geduldet. Die Terrasse der Wohnung war unseres Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer: sie ist groß, hat eine Sitzecke und eine Essecke. Man genießt den Kaffee oder das Essen mit dem weiten glitzerndem Blick ins Blaue. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mama sind top, sehr zuverlässig und sehr nett. Alle Absprachen liefen sehr schnell und unkompliziert, wie z.B. eine späte Anreise oder Abreise. Von der Vermieterin haben wir mehrere gute Tipps über die Gegend bekommen, u.a. die Info über ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, wo wir dann öfters Essen geholt haben und viele original ligurisch gekochte Mahlzeiten auf der schönen Terrasse genossen haben. Zu guter Letzt: Auto kann man sehr gut in der Nähe von der Wohnung auf der Strasse parken, wir konnten immer einen guten Parkplatz finden. Und für unsere E-Bikes haben wir einen kleinen verschließbaren Raum im Gebäude nutzen dürfen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder...
We were on vacation in this beautiful apartment from 21.08.21 to 04.09.2021 and were very satisfied with it. Mr. S. and his mother went out of their way to fulfill all of our wishes. The apartment is fully equipped and very cozy. We felt like at home. We were with our 7 year old daughter and everyone had their room and a large bathroom and huge terrace where we spent every meal. The way to the city's free beach with the bikes took us less than 5 minutes. We drove back and forth 6 times a day to eat, sleep, bathe and walk. The Pam supermarket is just in town, on the way from the beach to the apartment. You can buy anything in the supermarket. The city itself is very lively and there are many restaurants and shops. We only had two trips and found that the city of Diano Marino is very cozy and quiet, but at the same time very good infrastructure, where you can find everything you need.
So we can highly recommend the apartment and would come again ourselves, as we like Italy very much overall and only in the last four yearsItaly consumed our vacation.
Wir waren im Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung von 21.08.21 bis 04.09.2021 und waren sehr zufrieden damit. Herr S. und seine Mutter haben sich sehr bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefüllt. Wir waren mit unserer 7-jährige Tochter und jeder hatte sein Zimmer und ein großes Bad und riesigie Terrasse, wo wir jede Mahlzeit verbracht haben. Der Weg zum stadtlichen kostenlosen Strand mit den Fahrädern dauerte für uns wenige als 5 Minuten. Wir sind 6 Mal am Tag hin und her zum Essen, Schlafen, Baden und Spazieren gefahren.
Der Supermarkt Pam befindet sich gerade in der Stadt, also auf dem Weg vom Strand zur Wohnung. Im Supermarkt kann man alles Mögliches kaufen.
In der Stadt selber ist sehr lebensvoll und gibt es vielreiche Restaraunts und Läden. Wir haben nur zwei Ausfläge gehabt und feststellte, dass die Stadt Diano Marino sehr gemütlich und ruhig, aber gleichzeitig sehr gute Infrastrukur hat, wo man alles findet, was man braucht.
Also können wir die Wohnung sehr empflehelen und würden selbst wieder kommen, da wir Italien insgesamt sehr mögen und letzte vier Jahren nur in Italien unseren Urlaub verbraucht haben.
