This was a great location where we could easily walk into town and the main beach in Saint Anne. Although we spent a lot of time on the beach right in front of the condo or on the balcony. It was nice to have the AC at night to sleep and the condo had everything we needed.
We received a very warm welcome from the owners of this charming rental. We immediately felt at ease, comfortably seated, quiet, and Mrs. M., at our request, prepared typical and delicious meals for us for the 4 evenings we stayed. The swimming pool was a real pleasure, we were able to enjoy it without being bothered by the proximity of the owners who remained very discreet. We appreciated the fans and air conditioning in the rooms. Clean, healthy home, with a view of the magnificent garden. We highly recommend this villa.
Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires de cette charmante location. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise, confortablement installés, au calme, et Mme M., sur notre demande, nous a préparé des repas typiques et délicieux pour les 4 soirs où nous sommes restés.
La piscine était un vrai bonheur, nous avons pu en profiter sans être gênés par la proximité des propriétaires qui sont restés vraiment très discrets. Nous avons appréciés les ventilateurs et la climatisation dans les chambres.
Habitation propre, saine, avec vue sur le magnifique jardin.

very beautiful house, very clean, very well located, well ventilated, beautiful view of the island of Dominica, very good comfort, no water cut, beautiful garden, close to super market and caterer for doing our shopping, everything what you need to welcome a baby, very nice welcome with everything you need for dinner in the evening and breakfast (very appreciable given the late time at which we arrived) finally, very welcoming and available owners. In short, this stay was nothing but happiness in this house, I will return there during my next trip to Guadeloupe and I will give the address to all my friends and acquaintances.
très belle maison, très propre, très bien placée, bien ventilée, belle vue sur l'ile de la Dominique, très bon confort, pas de coupure d'eau, beau jardin, proche de super marché et traiteur pour faire nos courses, tout ce qu'il faut pour accueillir un bébé, très bel accueil avec tout ce qu'il faut pour dîner le soir et prendre le petit déjeuner (super appréciable vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés)
pour finir, propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Bref, ce séjour ne fut que du bonheur dans cette maison, j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage en Guadeloupe et je donnerai l'adresse à tous mes amis et connaissances.

Apartment conforms to the description, clean, functional and ideally located. However, no special attention when we arrived, no first breakfast, not even a bottle of water, despite the high temperatures. We had to go shopping in a hurry. Too bad ?

We recommend this rental because it corresponds well to the description and as they say, value for money, nothing to say. We had a problem with the washing machine and the next day we got a new one.. Thanks to Mr. GASTON P. the owner and also to his very nice brother ÉMILE who lives next to the rental. . Only downside, you need a car because Sainte Anne is a few kilometers away and in Guadeloupe the car is essential if you want to visit a little.

Seul bémol, il faut une voiture car Sainte Anne est à quelques kilomètres et en Guadeloupe la voiture est indispensable si l’on veut visiter un peu.

Functional bungalow with a beautiful terrace. 2 bathrooms on each side very practical. Comfortable beds with mosquito nets and fans. All the necessary utensils for cooking and ready for an insulated bag for picnics ?? ideally placed to visit mainland. Henri is an adorable and very welcoming person as we rarely meet, he was able to give us the best advice for our long stay in Guadeloupe and was able to help us out when necessary. If we come back to Guadeloupe one day, we would book with Henri!

Henri est une personne adorable et très accueillante comme on en croise rarement il a su nous donner les meilleurs conseils pour notre long séjour en Guadeloupe et a su nous dépanner quand cela était nécessaire.

Very pleasant location, 5 minutes from the beach of the clear grapes. The house, in very good condition, has a beautiful terrace with a magnificent sea view. All the comforts are available (swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning) which helps to make the stay very pleasant for two couples. A big thank you to Carmen, the concierge of the villa who planned a meal for us on the evening of our arrival (due to the curfew) and who was very responsive, as was the owner. We highly recommend this rental.
Emplacement très agréable, à 5 mn de la plage des raisins clairs. La maison, en très bon état, possède une belle terrasse avec une magnifique vue mer. Tout le confort est disponible (piscine, barbecue, climatisation) qui concoure à rendre le séjour très agréable pour deux couples. Un grand merci à Carmen, la concierge de la villa qui nous a prévu un repas le soir de notre arrivée (a cause du couvre feu) et qui a été très réactive, de même que le propriétaire.

Great apartment to make the most of a sea view during meals. There is everything you need for a good holiday, washing machine, fitted kitchen etc. The owners are very cordial to give us information and for the arrival, there is Natacha for the inventory, really very nice and helpful, so I recommend with pleasure this rental.
Super appartement pour profiter au maximum d'une vue sur la mer pendant les repas. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, lave linge, cuisine équipée etc. Les propriétaires sont très cordiales pour nous donner des informations et pour l'arrivé, il y a Natacha pour l'état des lieux, vraiment très gentilles et serviable, je recommande donc avec plaisir cette location.
The rental is not too far from the town of Ste Anne, it is consistent with the description. We were very well received (fruit basket, tea, coffee, water bottles, charcoal). The setting is calm and bucolic, we pass in front of the terrace hens, roosters, geese, turkeys ... We enjoyed the discretion of the family of the owner and the good mood of the little boy. A little flat on the mattress. We recommend without problem this rental.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis (corbeille de fruits, thé, café, bouteilles d'eau, charbon de bois).
Le cadre est calme et bucolique, nous avons passer devant la terrasse poules, coqs, oies, dindons... Nous avons bien apprécié la discrétion de la famille du propriétaire et la bonne humeur du petit garçon.

Our 12-day stay in Guadeloupe went wonderfully well, thanks in large part to the Ti Joss studio. Ideally located in a quiet and well maintained residence, the studio offers everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the West Indies.
