On the ground floor large living room with fireplace and beautiful mobile cabinet, in line with table / chairs; kitchen with a big fridge / freezer) kitchenette; a first bath. At the second level n. 3 bedrooms plus a second bathroom.
The two double rooms have a large balcony. In addition to a balcony, climbing the spiral staircase, you reach the solarium. Very nice and spacious garden with table and chairs and two beautiful plastic chairs upholstered. They are also two bicycles. Behind the house there is a patio with wooden table and chairs where to eat. The amazing thing, that I never happened to meet before, is that the apartment has a ton of pots for different uses; plates, glasses, cups; cups ice cream / fruit salad, knives, forks. Something never seen !!!!. There are also iron / hair dryer, microwave, blender etc. etc. The owners are wonderful people, very kind and very welcoming. When I arrived, the lady made me find a basket of local traditional sweet and savory; the fridgelit with 2 bottles of water. Treatment so attentive and sensitive is absolutely extraordinary. Thank you very much the lady and her husband. I hope to be back next year.

The house has a nice patio with table where we ate breakfast and a veranda to be outdoors.
It has two bathrooms, one with shower and two outdoor showers. There are also two bikes.
It 'just a short walk from downtown, you can get there on foot and is a strategic point to visit all the most beautiful beaches. About 20 minutes drive from Punta Prosciutto and even less from Torre Lapillo.
I would go again!
