We had an excellent stay at Mr. N's. The house is one of the nicest and best equipped. absolutely as advertised; the owners are very available and very discreet, the fact that they live on the floor of the house does not interfere in any way, because the access is not the same. the exterior is the strong point: view of Lake Geneva, the Swiss mountains and Switzerland, the countryside and the mountains., shady places, sunny places, there is something for everyone, tables for the little ones lunch, for an aperitif, and always in communion with nature. ditto for walks, villages and valleys close and easy to access, idyllic mountain setting, and shores of Lake Geneva equipped for walks and seaside stays; we have adored !!! I highly recommend !!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Monsieur N.. la maison est des plus agréables et des mieux équipées. absolument conforme à l'annonce; les propriétaires sont très disponibles et trés discrets, le fait qu'ils habitent l'étage de la maison ne gène en rien ,car l'accès n'est pas le même. l'extérieur est le point fort : vue sur le lac Léman, sur les montagnes suisses et la Suisse, sur la campagne et sur la montagne., endroits ombragés, endroits ensoleillés, il y en a pour tous les gouts, tables pour le petit dej, pour l'apéro, et toujours en communion avec la nature. idem pour les balades, villages et vallées proches et faciles d’accès, cadre de montagne idyllique, et rives du lac Léman aménagées pour des promenades et des séjours balnéaires; nous avons adoré !!! Je recommande vivement !!
Superb location very clean, very well equipped: nothing is missing! Very friendly, welcoming and discreet owners. Binders very well made and very complete on the region .. never seen !! Lots of space outside with tables and chairs and especially a panoramic view on Lake Geneva and the mountain. Quiet yet close to Evian and amenities! An address to remember ... and that I would not fail to communicate to friends ....
Superbe location très propre, très bien équipée : rien ne manque ! Propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants et discrets. Des classeurs très bien faits et très complets sur la région .. du jamais vu !! Beaucoup d'espace dehors avec tables et chaises longues et surtout une vue panoramique sur le Léman et la montagne. Au calme tout en étant près d'Evian et des commodités ! Une adresse à retenir .... et que je ne manquerais pas de communiquer aux amis ....

Location très propre, très bien équipée, vue superbe, et propriétaires très discrets et sérieux... Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos 2 enfants... Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, aucune déception sur quoique se soit... Belle région avec Beaucoup d'activités à faire en famille et de lieux à visiter...

The apartment we occupied the bottom of the cottage is brand new and magnificent views of Lake Geneva. It lacks nothing in comfort and allows for a great holiday (even a small dishwasher incorporated therein). Best of all, if the weather is beautiful you can eat on the table equipped with views of Lake ...... and you make grilling kebabs with the barbecue. Mr Nil provides clear explanations on the residence booklets and activities to do in the region. If questions remain unanswered, do not hesitate to ask for advice to Mr Nil or his wife, they inform you perfectly and allow you to discover places off the tourist track.
L'appartement que nous avons occupé en bas du chalet est tout neuf et à une vue magnifique sur le Lac Léman. Il ne manque de rien en confort et permet de passer de super vacances (même un petit lave-vaisselle y est incorporé).
Cerise sur le gâteau, si le temps est très beau vous pouvez manger sur la table aménagée avec la vue sur le Lac...... et vous faire griller des brochettes grâce au barbecue.
Mr Néant fournit des livrets d'explications très claires sur le séjour et les activités à faire dans la Région. Si des questions restent en suspend, n'hésitez pas à demander des conseils à Mr Néant ou à sa femme, ils vous renseigneront parfaitement et vous permettront de découvrir des endroits hors des sentiers touristiques.

Always willing to advise us on outings, providing information about the area (geographical, historical, local), very interesting that we has helped. This location corresponded in every respect what we wanted. The apartment is cozy, secure, well decorated, high quality, very functional and with all the necessary equipment. Exterior, quiet, exceptional view, private garden area equipped with several garden tables, large outdoor dining area very friendly, barbecue, garden furniture. Logement accueillant, sécurisé, bien décoré, de grande qualité, très fonctionnel et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire.
Extérieurs, calme, vue exceptionnelle, jardin espace privatif équipé de plusieurs tables de jardin, grand coin repas extérieur très convivial, barbecue, salon de jardin. Cabanon et chalet très typique et de toute beauté.

Very pleasant stay in this pretty and very functional apartment very close to the ski slopes. Bernex is a simple and family resort, perfect for discovering family skiing.

The owners are very attentive and available. The studio is perfectly and cleverly equipped. Nothing is missing. It is well located, quiet, not far from the gondola. I highly recommend !

very friendly landlord, nice apartment with good furnishings and beautiful views, near hypermarche and restaurants asmede harbor, municipal swimming pool with good facilities and swimming in lake within walking distance. Even during the very hot days, the apartment remained cool even without air conditioning. Deposit was immediately refunded in cash at the end of the rental. Highly recommended.
zeer vriendelijke verhuurder, mooi apartement met goede inrichting en prachtig uitzicht, vlakbij hypermarche en restaurants asmede haven, gemeentelijke zwembad met goede voorzieningen en zwemmen in meer op loopafstand. Ook gedurende de zeer warme dagen bleef het appartement ook zonder airco koel. Borgsom werd meteen aan het eind van de huur contant terugbetaald.. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.
