New two double-bedroom apartment near the sea with many comforts: TV, air conditioning, stand-up shower, washing machine, spacious terrace and sofa bed.

The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the sea, shops, restaurants, drugstore and First Aid center.
The promenade is the point of reference for the whole marina and neighbouring villages; centre of entertainment, especially in summer, it hosts a little market with typical local produce like wine, sweets and crafts.
There is an information centre which holds many exhibitions by local artists; different entertainment and cultural events that usually take place in the square in front of the service area of the promenade that include: theatre, cabaret, dance, concerts, street artists, traditional dances and festivals, children’s games. Adjoining this centre is a summer Emergency Room and the traffic officers station of Morciano di Leuca.
At the foot of the Saracen Tower there is the Pleasure Port with about 300 boat moorings from where you can discover the ionic and Adriatic coast with its caves and its seabed, to dive or to experience the exhilaration of sailing and fishing.
