Set on over 66 acres of grounds consisting of woodlands, meadows and formal gardens, and undistdurbed by anything other than the abundance of wildlife. You will be overwhelmed by the feeling of peace and tranquillity. The house is fully equipped with all of the mod cons you would normally expect;
The large infinity swimming pool (14 mtrs x 10 mtrs) with walk-in ramp is ideal for children and adults alike and is perfectly situated to take advantage of both the sunshine (from dawn to dusk) and the stunning surrounding scenery. The grounds are vast and are a nature lovers paradise with wildflowers and various vaieties of mushrooms. The woodlands and meadows are a joy to explore and you can easily spend an hour or two wandering along the pretty pathways. Situated just three miles from Sarlat, which boasts more listed buildings than any other town in Europe as well as a twice weekly market. Perfectly situated for easy access to all of the most beautiful sites in Dordogne and surrounded by historical chateaux, troglodite caves and other touristic sites.
