Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
Large apartment with two bedrooms.. beautiful house with sea view, Mr. MATTEO was very kind, precise and timely in communication. Nothing was missing in the house, excellent experience. I highly recommend this accommodation which also has a balcony.

Spettacolare vista sul golfo di Moneglia con due terrazze; una al piano basso del giardino dove si può consumare il pranzo nella più assoluta tranquillità, con una vista del mare bellissima e riposarsi al fresco delle piante.
Terrazzo al piano terreno dove cenare con splendida vista mare e sotto il cielo stellato della Liguria.
Immobile dotato di due comodi bagni ed aria condizionata. Arredata e fornita di tutto il necessario.

Clean and very cozy apartment in the center of Levanto. Close to all your shopping needs and also walking distance to the beach. The apartment is well equipped, has air conditioning and a beautiful view of the garden. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.
Appartamento pulito e molto accogliente nel centro di Levanto. Vicino a tutte le necessità di shopping e anche a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato, ha l'aria condizionata e una splendida vista sul giardino. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e accomodante. Altamente raccomandato.

A delightful house, enhanced the spaces, the large and high ancient vaults, the refined furnishings. The patio facing the garden and the outdoor kitchen are very pleasant: a kitchen full of porcelain and cast iron chiken, painted in a curious and funny play on words that punctuates the narration of a guest attentive to details and the pleasures of living, even for those on vacation. Definitely recommend, but not too much ... because I would like to find it still available!
Una casa deliziosa, valorizzati gli spazi, le ampie e alte volte antiche, l'arredamento curato. Il patio fronte giardino e la cucina esterna sono molto piacevoli: una kitchen colma di chiken di porcellana, di ghisa, dipinte in un curioso e divertente gioco di parole che punteggia la narrazione di un' ospite attenta ai particolari e ai piaceri dell'abitare, anche per chi è in vacanza. Consiglio sicuramente, ma non troppo...perchè vorrei trovarla ancora disponibile!
Very welcoming and familiar there was everything and more, despite being in the old center the house is quiet, the owner is very courteous and very helpful. Tall people may have a hard time adjusting to the attic environment. On a next visit to Levanto we will be back.
Molto accogliente e famigliare c’era di tutto e più, nonostante sia in centro vecchio la casa è silenziosa, il proprietario è molto cortese e di grande aiuto. Le persone alte possono avere delle difficoltà ad adattarsi all’ambiente attico. In una prossima visita a Levanto ci torneremo.

We had a fantastic stay with Armando. This man does everything to make his guests happy. If you have any questions, he will sort it out for you and come back the next day with notes. He may have a parking space available in the center of La Spezia. He thinks along with you, not only in terms of possibilities, but also what the best cheap solution is, hates money grabs. Armando knows well where the seasonal crowds are too great and comes up with fun alternatives. He also provides a list of restaurants and, if necessary, he calls for you.
The house is very well cared for. as well as the garden. The house consists of two floors. Each apartment has one floor at its disposal. We had the bottom floor with a large garden. Garden is well cared for and enough furniture available. The location is on the outskirts of La Spezia, no heavy traffic. Armando lives next door to the apartment, so communication lines are short.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gekend bij Armando. Deze man doet alles om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. Als je vragen heb dan zoekt hij het voor je uit en komt ie de volgende dag terug met aantekeningen. Hij heeft eventueel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar in de binnenstad van La Spezia. Hij denkt enorm mee niet alleen in mogelijkheden maar ook wat de beste goedkope oplossing is, heeft een hekel aan geldklopperij. Armando weet goed waar de seizoen drukte te groot is en komt met leuke alternatieven. Ook een lijst met restaurants wordt door hem geleverd en desnoods belt hij voor je op.
De woning is zeer goed verzorgd. evenals de tuin. De woning bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. Elk appartement heeft één verdieping tot zijn beschikking. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping met daarbij een grote tuin. Tuin is goed verzorgd en genoeg meubilair beschikbaar. De locatie is aan de rand van La Spezia, geen druk verkeer. Armando woont zelf naast het appartement dus de communicatielijntjes zijn kort.
Pleasant villa with magnificent view of Levanto. Beautiful and large terrace, only the swimming pool is missing! The return from the beach climbs a bit... But the view has to be earned!

Central with a beautiful spacious garden accessible via a balcony. The two large and comfortable bedrooms (bunk bed room) The kitchen is a bit small but functional. Very comfortable living room sofa Comfortable bathroom. It could be improved with the addition of the hairdryer and some more accessories for the kitchen and cleaning. Mrs. Paola and her daughter are very kind and have given us a lot of advice

The apartment is delightful, with attention to detail with attention to furnishings, clean and welcoming. It is a surprise to find a graciously ruffled English garden on the first floor of an old house in the historic center. We had a very good time and, after 20 years of constant attendance in Levanto, we will take care of this citrus-scented corner of peace for our next visits. Ms. Paola is a welcoming and very kind host who does not fail to share the local first fruits. Thank you.
L'appartamento è delizioso, curato nei dettagli con attenzione all'arredamento, pulito e accogliente. E' una sorpresa trovare un giardinetto graziosamente arruffato all'inglese al primo piano di un'antica casa in pieno centro storico. Siamo stati molto bene e, dopo 20 anni di frequentazione assidua di Levanto, cureremo questo angolo di pace al profumo di agrumi per le nostre prossime visite. La signora Paola è una host accogliente e gentilissima che non manca di condividere le primizie locali. Grazie.
