Located on the second floor with elevator, air-conditioning and fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 people(washing machine and dishwasher), you will enjoy a double deck (45 m2) with breathtaking panoramic view on one side of the lagoon and the islands, the another of the marina and the international golf.
The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and sofa with armchair and cofee table.

Direct access (50 m) from the gardens of the residence to a sandy beach lined with coconut trees.
Close to water sports centre where you can practice all water sports.
