It's a newly renovated Basque-style villa located at the entrance of a smal quiet cul-de-sac in the residential lighthouse district of Cap Ferret for up to 6 people, a few minutes walk from the ocean, the bassin and the center of the village.

- living room wich opens onto the terrace with a nice view to the lighthouse
