Secluded house with garden, surrounded by nature. Enclosed parking at the villa. View of the Imperia valleys and partially of the sea. Consisting of entrance porch, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and mezzanine that sleeps 2 (3 if children).
Excellent for 4 adults, ideal for 2 adults and 3 children, large enough to sleep in the mezzanine at 2.35 meters high.
Summer outdoor shower, barbecue, garden furniture and stove for outdoor cooking. Equipped with everything you need, comfortable, quiet.
Possibility to choose between relaxing green areas shaded by pines and oaks, or the sunny lawn, in a quiet area on the Ligurian hills. No additional costs. Tidy and environmentally-friendly garden.
PETS are accepted (please let us know in advance if you're arriving with pets).
Animals are free to move around as long as they are docile and not excessively "noisy" as it's possible to close off the garden and separate them from the rest of the property.
The owners (an Italian-German couple) live on the same property, with 2 very docile dogs.
Easy access to numerous historic and typical villages within a 40km radius, both on the coast and inland, where you can enjoy local food and wine and take part in weekly "festivals".
