We rented this accommodation during the last school holidays. Apartment very well located (seaside, shops, parking facilities...), functional, well laid out and pleasant to spend a few days with the family. Lucas was available and responsive. I recommend!! Damien

Excellent stay, top owner, magnificent view, location overlooking the beach, enclosed garden for dogs, with car parking in front of the front door and very close to shops.
Excellent séjour, propriétaire au top, une vue magnifique, un emplacement donnant sur la plage, jardin clos pour chiens, avec parking voiture devant la porte d'entrée et très proche des commerces.
Pleasant, friendly and helpful owner. Reasonable value for money. Good location, nice view, nice terrace, enough space for 4-6 people. Furniture and appliances in good condition. Fairly quiet area and close to amenities.
Propriétaire agréable, aimable et serviable. Rapport qualité prix raisonnable. Bon emplacement, belle vue, belle terrasse, assez d'espace pour 4 à 6 personnes. Mobilier et électroménager en bon état. Coin assez calme et proche des commodités.
Very nice apartment, fully furnished and 2 fans. We didn't miss anything at all in the apartment and it was very clean. Within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants, you hardly needed a car. Nice garden with sufficient privacy. Despite the language barrier, I was still able to communicate well with the landlords. Received a very friendly welcome and everything was well explained. I would definitely recommend the apartment to other landlords.
Zeer fijn appartement, volledig ingericht en 2 ventilatoren. We hebben helemaal niks gemist in het appartement en het was erg schoon. Op loopafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants de auto bijna niet nodig gehad. Fijn tuintje met voldoende privacy. Ondanks de taal barrière toch goed kunnen communiceren met de verhuurders. Erg vriendelijk ontvangen en alles goed uitgelegd. Ik zou het appartement zeker adviseren aan andere andere verhuurders.

Pleasant stay in this very clean and functional rental. Very good geographical location in Gruissan. Close to the marina and beaches. Amenities nearby. The residence is very quiet. The owner is very welcoming and available. We recommend this rental to you and we think we will return with great pleasure.

Superb house, this is the second time that we have come there at the same time. The location is really privileged, very quiet and close to everything, the children really have room to play outside in peace. 5 star reception. It really deserves to be discovered.

The rental is really ideally located (150 m from the beach, close to shops). The apartment is great, the terrace is large and shaded.. We thank the owners for their kindness.

Rental extremely pleasant and well exposed. Everything is functional there. The courtyard is well laid out to allow outdoor dining. The environment is very quiet. We have been going there for years and we are always satisfied. The owners are very nice. It is a rental that we recommend.
Location extrêmement agréable et bien exposée. Tout y est fonctionnel. La cour est bien aménagée pour permettre les repas en extérieur. L'environnement est très calme. Nous y allons depuis des années et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits.

Rental as described. Very good air conditioning. Nice exterior. Well placed everything at 450 m beach, port, restaurant at 1.1 km Lidl and Intermarché. Owner very nice to listen to the tenant.

We had a wonderful holiday in this very functional apartment, in line with our wishes, with the added bonus of air conditioning, a great asset. Joëlle and her husband are very friendly owners. We will come back with pleasure and we highly recommend it. We loved it and hope to come back soon.
