Charming 2-room flat (new) in secure residence, located 200m from Arcachon Bay !!!
Charming small flat, newly built in 2013 with private parking, situated 100m from the port of La Teste and 200m from the Bay of Arcachon, accessible by the coastal path going around the basin. Many bicycle trails take you either to ocean beaches, the Dune du Pyla at about 5km, or on the coastal path that passes your home.
The entry to Arcachon is at 2 km, and the pier on the waterfront is 20 minutes by bicycle via this trail.
At about 15 km, possibility to visit the Ornithological Park of Teich, accessible by car or by the coastal path, great views of the pool and many different bird species depending on the season.
My rates decrease from two weeks rental.
