Splendid renovated studio a few meters from the beach
In luxury residence with caretaker THE SILVAPLANA, a splendid studio flat with large terrace in a quiet area, fully refurbished, with the creation of a large kitchen, a nice bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment was completely renovated in February 2015 with beautiful materials, replacement of floors, tiles, paint, new kitchen and bathroom, HABITAT furniture, appliances, dishes and new bedding.

It comes with 2 sofa beds, a dining table, flat screen TV, dresser, bedside tables, sofa, coffee table, large separate kitchen with table and high chairs, washing machine, large worktop, ceramic hob, freezer, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, iron. The terrace offers a nice recreation area with a beautifully landscaped dining area.

It is deliberately over-equipped to give you an exceptional stay. Very quiet, the large windows make this apartment a bright space. The decoration was careful to make it both modern and functional, but also friendly and charming.

Small dogs are accepted as long as they are well-behaved and clean during your absence.

* The apartment is spotlessly clean. A cleaning service can be offered to you during your stay or at the end of the stay.
