The accommodation comprises 2 master bedrooms with king size beds,1 bedroom with 2 single beds, large living room with a comfortable sofa bed plus dining area with a large kitchen and a large terrace with direct access from the living area where you can dine and sunbathe and two master bathrooms plus an outdoor bathroom with laundry area, a SECURE parking area.
The house is new and fully equipped with new furniture and everything you need to cook.
The property is also fabulously ventilated inside with natural breeze coming through. The nearest beach is just 100 yards away, as well as a food market open 7 days a week.
Park your car and forget about driving. Everything is nearby, including restaurants, supermarkets, bars in the magnificent setting of the “Ville di Leuca”, rent a bike and venture out to the nearby beaches or rent a boat to explore the caves.
Minimum stay is 4 nights but ask me for a quote if you want to stay fewer days, so please get in touch.

Fixed air conditioners and ceiling fans have been installed in the house. We integrated the cookware and changed the hob. We always try to improve and offer good service to our customers.
